My body had such a resistance to doing this meditation I thought now I have to do it! It was uncomfortable for a few minutes and then something felt like my muscle on my throat lifted. Something inside my throat made a (im guessing) departure. Thank you for helping me & the collective.

It also provided insights into the light language that I bring thru myself. Tho until now, I hadn’t perceived it as such.
I knew I was bringing deep ancestral energy thru with my voice, but I hadn’t considered it light language, until you brought thru the Lemurian codes there. That sounded very similar to the tunes I find myself humming at times.
Recently I had a nasty fall and spent 6 hours in A&E waiting to be seen. The whole time a very ancient presence hummed a very low tune, resonating in my torso, deep in my belly.
I had a huge hole in my leg, right to the bone, but in 6 hours only 2 drops of blood fell on the floor. I knew I was being taken care of the whole time.
