Hey Natty. I've meditated for years but never experienced anything like it... the physical heat I felt was like nothing else! Is that normal? Also, my bodybwas sort of shuddering. I got the yes/ no but then it all went to pot and it felt I was only answered yes as a mix of the two....is this right?!

I didn't think I could do visualization or astral travel type things. But I immediately this time saw the door with great detail, and opened the door to a room with scattered boxes before you even said there would be boxes. I was amazed. But this absolutely worked. Most incredible peace and fluidity at the same time. I sat near the lake by my house that has a fountain in the middle. I took droplets from the fountain, even though sitting close to the fountain that almost reminded me of the characters from the avatar movie. A little bit of a slanted ear hair and bright blue white eyes. Is that what they look like Look like?

That's so strange. I watched a light language and healing on Instagram by 2 healers I know are safe to watch their content. A few mins in I got a bad sharp pain in my neck/shoulder. It wasn't something I already had coming up to be cleared. I wondered if something got through social media distorting the light language because the volume on the video flicked off a few times. When I get some more free time alone, I'll try and find out wtf that was about. It's still there not as sharp but I can feel it. Wont clear might need help from W in one of our sessions.

Incredible. However, I had a vision of a past life. My hands were tied and I was desperately trying to get away from these men but they pushed me into a wooden coffin and nailed it shut. Then threw me down a steep mountain and into the ocean. I tried not to get caught up in detail but 😐🥺 Id love to know anyones thoughts on that. Thanks for the clearing. Very very good.
