Thank you so much for this fantastic song, Joel Anna. How this song changed my life…I was born into a strong Christian family, but my faith in Christ was not as strong. Three years ago, after finishing my undergraduate studies, I dreamed of pursuing my master’s degree in Canada or the United States. When I received my first visa refusal for Canada, I was devastated. I didn’t want to move forward with my applications. One day, I randomly listened to a worship on CZcams led by Joel Anna. As I listened, my heart melted, and this song drew me closer to Christ. Even after receiving my second refusal letter, I kept singing this song every day, repeatedly listening to it. When the third refusal letter came, I felt like I couldn’t sing it anymore. Overcoming that tough time seemed impossible on many days. My prayers were just tears.
Now, I am about to finish my master’s in England. On my way home, I find myself listening to that same song again. How good is God? Sometimes, it’s hard to trust God blindly; He knows what to do and when to do it. Philippians 1:6 says, “He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” I share my story to encourage anyone walking a similar path. Keep faith, for God’s timing is always perfect.😊
