    Nice - work! But what intervals/efforts did you actually do to raise your FTP?

    My ftp 1st of January was 295, yesterday i tested at 333 watts. I'm 76kg.
    I use trainerroad and had some big gains, but i also just learned to go much deeper in the test. Still it's a huge gain

    You need to invest in a technogym myrun or noble pro mate imo so you can do more running from the comfort of your own home! At least to bring it on par! Just like you do with Zwift cycling and you'll do Zwift Running with your own workouts or some other platform like rouvy or similar. imo

      If only! I would if I could. Space is the real issue! I would definitely have a treadmill if I had the space for it as rate it for efficiency for sure

    Almost any "common" cyclist can achive such performance if his only job is riding 20hours a week 😉

      Haha yes but I guess I was more on about the generalisation of more riding = improvement within the right intensities etc.
      I only tend to ride 15 usually and still see improvement. It all scales up and down. If you’re riding 7, doing 15 can give you a big bump etc

    Man if I could ride 25hrs a week wholly crap . 10 hrs a week I can hit 350watt FTP

      350w for 10 hours is class! I’m not sure what my FTP is as I don’t tend to test it but I know 350 is big!
