You will have to work harder to get part-time jobs.but if you have good german language skills then it would be easier. Try linkedin,university noticeboards, stepstone and xing to look for jobs.

Yes you can manage. Within a year you can save up the blocked amount as well. You can work for 20 hours per week with minimum wage of 12.40 euro. So weekly you can earn 248 euros and monthly 992 euros . This is with minimum wage and maximum hours.
