Hello amazing lady. Ive bern cake making for 3 years now for friends and family. Thank you for your amazing free videos, they are awsome. I have trouble making the actual cakes. My cakes are too light and airy and fall apart easily when sculpturing. Yours seem thick and moist like a pound cake. Do you have a recipe fir a good cake mix that you use please?
