Whats the thing you have all the bags attached to? im looking for something like it
Do you guys have any tips on bettering defense because I started Muay Thai two months ago and I got the offense down but when it comes to my defense I get sloppy after defending two strikes. Any tips would help 😁
Stay calm, relax, and be comfortable while defending. Practice defensive drills with a partner or while shadow boxing!
Should i get all these bags?
That would be a waste of money, you don't need them all. A heavy bag is a must at least, or the free standing bag. Attending a gym that has all these different bags is the best option if available to you.
