I've been practicing gratitude daily for almost 1 month now and I can honestly say it has already made a HUGE difference in my relations with family and co-workers. Wish I had known this a LONG time ago. On the other hand, I'm grateful I had so many miserable years that I can appreciate all the good ones to come!

I agree. I am blessed for what I have. I may not have a fancy car or live in a mansion; but I have a roof over my head, clothes on my back, shoes on my feet, a place to lay my head at night, food to fill my belly, My health: hearing, eyesight, my steady medical job, and a supporting family. I cherish those dearly. Most people don't even have none of those. This was a quote that really hit home. Just goes to show you how the simplest aspects in life are the most greatest. 🦋

I am grateful for living through hard times that could have broken me to the point of no return. Those times made me stronger and taught me that I am someone who deserves love starting with loving myself first. I am grateful Iwas able to recognise where I went wrong and could do better. I am grateful for the beautiful people I am lucky enough to have as friends and to all those who spread positivity and touch the lives of those they dont even know. I am grateful for having a roof over my head when there are many who dont have such a luxury and for surviving through this pandemic. Wishing everyone who reads this peace, love and light xx

So true and I recently have become even more grateful for my eyesight as I've had some blurriness problems that I haven't solved yet and I have a friend who is macular degeneration at risk of going blind so it really is important to appreciate what we do have and love it into an even better state

BE grateful for what we have..I recently had right shoulder pain , i realized how easily we take it for granted ..Even in that pain i expressed my gratitude to my left shoulder which was normal ..amazingly with lot of gratitude, my right shoulder became good and also typing this message on my laptop..So gratitude also cures and gratitude makes us very very happy and blissful
