Couple of tips for anyone interested in Demon Slayer:
1. Because the main mobbing skill (Infernal Concussion) and the main bossing skill (Demon Impact) always critically strike, you won't need any critical chance, and sources of critical damage are even better.
2. You can use Infernal Concussion while jumping in any direction at the same time, which makes for less clunky gameplay when grinding.
3. To help reduce downtime on Blue Blood, you can weave in occasional Cerberus Chomps or activate Demon Awakening, which triggers Cerberus Chomp automatically every few seconds.
4. Demon Slayer's unique movement takes some time to get used to, but is helpful for midgame bosses (i.e. Chaos Von Bon, Chaos Vellum, Lotus, and Damien).

Just recently came back to maplestory, and have found that I come to your channel for any help I may need. The 1-200 guide are entertaining and give a good idea of what other classes are like to play, really appreciate the quality uploads!

hands down my faavorite class ever since its release. i may not be playing it much these days, but it's every bit worth it, especially if u trying to up ur legion stats.
I used to main this class before EMS and GMS merged. I unfortunately lost my account because of that but i love the entire kit. The 100% crit on Demon Impact makes for a great unfunded bossing class. The mobility is also really good. It used to be one of the few classes with an up-jump back then. The raven skill + great defense makes potions obsolete except for when bossing, Demon Cry makes leveling go a bit faster than most classes. It used to not have a cooldown and be your main mobbing skill with 30% extra exp which was awesome. You also have a skill that pulls mobs (the sucking skill), another that drags mobs, yet another that collects mobs from both sides in 3rd job (I didn't see it used in the video so might have been removed) Use together with carrion breath to debuff mobs and Demon Lash them to death. Also after 4th job Demon Fury is not really an issue anymore.
I can keep going why i love this class but that would make this post way too long.

Just wondering why did you start playing in Bera recently?
Started a new Reboot Demon Slayer. Everything was good until around 150-160. Now I can't kill a single mob basically. I have around 40k damage. Maybe I missed it but no one seems to say what to do with your hyper stat allocation? The only answers I find to up my damage is legion and link skills. So basically you are forced to make 9 other characters before you get your first character to 5th job???
Basically Yes but your range seems to low for 150. Maplestory is a multiple carater game. You can still star force and potential your gear and be strong though. Are you still playing?
sad u didn't right-click the dark winds skill, it locks out glide, but makes using flash jump alot easier
also, u don't have to live with the downs, u can turn off the voice acting of skills by going to the sound settings and tick mute skills

I'm genuinely of thinking mapling again but don't know where to start with which class, I used to play kinesis but I don't want to use that again.
This vid might be why I start playing again XD Time to use demon slayer.
(I chose kinesis the first time because of genuinely how cool the character felt to me)
Same. I started mapling last year after a 10 year absence and I picked up Kinesis cuz of its battle theme in the character creation menu. It was definitely a blast. And then I switched to reboot, and It’s heavily ping reliant, so it kinda ruined the experience for me. I main D.S and D.B now
I recommend going on reboot and picking up Mercedes, Evan, kanna in what ever order you want

Ide recommend reboot as well but with adele. She is broken in both mobbing and bossing. At 1st job she can already hit multiple enemies at once and at 2nd job she can practically hit the whole map depending how good you are with movement then at 3rd theres no question just how good she is.
Gonna be the naysayer here and say avoid reboot, you can't trade with other players and is so grind heavy it sucks the fun out of playing casually. I recommend starting in bera and only moving to reboot once you know you're committed to being a hardcore player and willing to devote hundreds of hours to grinding for meso.
Also, i think it's worth saying that while demon slayer is a good class, it's pretty old and so a lot of the skills do feel kind of outdated compared to a newer one like kinesis. Not terribly so but something to be prepared for imo

Hey coppersan, love your vids! I got back into maplestory again because of em and started on reboot server with an Aran. Its lv 152 now but i am struggling hard in the hieizan temple. The bosses do way too much damage and im tickling them. Do you just chug 100 potions per boss fight? Especially the last fight is a tough one imo
Bosses are lv160 and in Reboot you get a severe damage penalty if you're under the monster level. Level to 160 and it'll be much easier.

105 to 130 took about an hour for me

I felt Adele was the easiest to level... But then again I had. Legion and most of needed link skills so... Did u already make an Adele video?
Adele has better AOE skills which practically cover the whole map.

hello, i played a bit of MS 10 years ago but not long after i started they ended the game's service for my country server, so i never played again, but now i remembered the game and was thinking of playing again, sooo i want to know if it's worth playing GMS being a completely new player (who does not intend to spend money on the game)
I come back to maple every now and then and I still have fun, but there aren’t many players, at least not in europe but it’s definitely worth it
