Very lucky EM owners - to me the most important thing when buying one is the view from the balcony. It is very very rare to find one on the market with a view of greenery, trees or a park.

U conceal all the pipeing. Next time leak big problem. And how of all the places in such a big apt, why must u put the washing machine in the kitchen. Overtime u look under the washing machine, alot of dirt and pest will nest. So unhygenic!😂😂😂
