Just so you know, the Evo 7 uses the same soundbank as the Subaru. It never got properly patched. The only way to fix it is to enable pro-simulation physics.

I believe the correct sound for the Evo is the one that you hear in the street tuned Bridgestone Street Series variant.

Despite the good graphics, the car engine sounds in TOCA 2 looked so loud and strange. Nicely in TOCA 3 they improved that.
