It is clip from "M-Show", year 1971. Finnish tv channel "MTV" (not to be confused with American MTV). I don't think there's more than handful of full episodes left (2-3 maybe), in those days tapes were frequently reused.
I always looked forward and loved Danny Kaye's movies.

In terms of his uniqueness and multi-talent: yes. HE WAS THE GREATEST OF HIS TIME. Danny endeared himself to the whole world.
