I love how all atractions are placed near the edge of the roof.
I wish they were water slides were placed on the edge or the roof in real life as well, so they can launch unnecessary people off the roof. There too much people living in Earth.

this was finished earlier than the one building that constructed since 2013
They seriously messed up on that one ! there are missions in that sight, meaning no one should ever expect the building to change from it's present form. It will never be finished .... EVER. To do so would require the removal of any and all missions interacting with the build sight.

@@kaptainkmann7808 There is a modding team called "Ambitioneers" currently working on a Mod known as The Mile High Club Building" for that building, also they are working on replacing mission location or something alternative, so stay tuned.
@@kaptainkmann7808 I agree with you. I also tired to hear and see such comments about that building which is definitely have some missions in it (in Story Mode and Online) which are requires this building to be unfinished and be accessible for a lot of purposes.
I'm still waiting to someone make a mod to finish these fucking buildings

Actually the Mile High Club is finished thanks to a group of modders but it's only available for pc which is quite bad since console can't use mods

GTA should have featured more skyscrapers like this! Seriously this looks fun, and even better if it features interior facilities as well.
Skyscrapers that has a use tho. That maze bank building for example just stands there, the only thing about it is landing on top with an air vehicle than jump off of it. At least put like a panoramic elevator to go to the top.

Are you talking about the water slide prop?
It's a prop I made specifically for this mod. The whole water slide is a one big prop.
If you have this mod installed you should be able to spawn the prop called: prop_waterslide

This place could use a car elevator, so VIPs could get on top faster than casual visitors. A lift on the slide would be nice too.

Great mod! A feature idea, don't know if it's possible to implement, but considering the height of the building maybe in addition to the spiral ramp you can make a car elevator, similar to the one that's in the CEO office garage, so you drive into the marker, it shows a cutscene of your car in the elevator (or a black screen if not possible) and then it spawns (teleports) you at the parking level or on the roof.
Pls add some appartments or something like this where you can go in on every floor and where Michael, Frank and T can live their life while enjoying the view over LS
