- I love the sound of the old mufflers that were on my 69 Camaro but there was just to much drone when cruising around. I would have to blare my music just to cancel out that annoying tone.
I then found the QTP Screamer Mufflers and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I now have the ability to change the sound of my Camaro with a flick of a switch. No need to install a separate cutout tube either, everything is built into the muffler!
When the QTP valves are closed I still get a nice rumble with my exhaust and it still sounds really good. I can now listen to music at highway speeds with no more annoying drone. Then I just flip the switch and I get an exhaust note that is even louder than my old mufflers. It's crazy because even with the valves open I still do not have drone in the interior of the car. These mufflers are perfect!
I highly recommend these mufflers and I will be installing them again in my 52 Ford pickup truck in the future

Sounds fantastic closed but when open “My Goodness “ excellent video
One of the best exhaust notes I’ve ever heard
Cannot sound any better than this right here. Perfect exhaust!
Best exhaust video I have ever seen! Awesome work! And thanks for all the different sounds clips inside/outside/underneath and so on.
Thank you
Sounds amazing! Loud fuel pump too!
That’s some skill there stick welding exhaust great job👍🏻
Sounds amazing.. love it!
Nice old Camaro bro 💪🏾💪🏾😎😎 I love it 🔥🔥
That’s a great sound man i love it
My god that sounds soooo gooooood
Sounds great!
That cackle with the open valves though. It's like saying "fuck with me and see what happens"
Thinking about these for my 495 CI stroker. Sounds good on the Camaro :-)
Yes the engine in my Camaro is a 496 BBC stroker
@@JMAGG Still happy with them?
Sweet
How about some double clutch, rev between gear changes... or get up to speed, high RPM, turn off the ignition for several seconds and turn ignition back on... WAAAMMM!! HUGE BACK FIRE... that 496 would probably sound like a 155mm canon going off. MY Roadrunner would make by standers run for cover... lol
Are these 3" or 2.5" mufflers?
The exhaust is still going through the mufflers with the valves open.
What brand were your old mufflers? I have a 69 also with Flowmaster delta50 and it drones like crazy at idle. Great video thank you!
They were old summit racing chambered mufflers. They are similar to the delta40s.
Unfortunately not “inline cut offs will disturb ur power especially down below 4000rpms
How long before the little 8.2" 10 bolt rear end blew up?
Still holding up!! One day I'll be upgrading
A H pipe will take care of the drone.
Can you feel a difference in power when they are open and closed?
Honestly, yes. I don't know if it just feels like it has more power since it's so much louder and gives you more of a rush. Would like to do some 0-60 times and compare them one day.
@@JMAGG i was considering buying one of these for my cammed silverado just trying to get some feedback on them.
How would these sound on a ls430 2003
Why would he know?
Fuel pump is really loud?
Yeah I upgraded to an aeromotive intake pump and now it's silent.
MY BROTHER PUT A 400 4 BOLT MAIN SMALL BLK IN HIS 69 CAM
THATS CRAZY BUT WHY ARE WE YELLING
Dude that gold heat reflecting thing kind of looks like a condom wrapper, not gonna lie lol but nice man! Do u think these would fit on a 67?
You can only see the gold when going under the car but it did seem to lower the interior temps a lot I would feel the heat through the rug before, now I don't. The mufflers should fit on a 67 with no problem
Just need a new fuel pump….drowning out your exhaust now
