ALSO wanted to talk about Grey Knights...
They can charge with one additional inch and gain basically super conceal with just strategic ploys. Combine that with some great equipment, like getting to use a free psychic power or a 2+ save, and Grey Knights are quite a scary elite team. However, with only 11 wounds, many dedicated melee teams can out-fight them if positioned well. Note that their ¾ bolters become ⅘ bolters with relentless with an equipment! There are still only 6 of them, so most anti-Elite team strategies will work just fine into them.

Hive fleet Genestealers absolutely do have shooting. Acid Maws are very potent and reliable.
Only 6" though and requires them to be on engage, so very very worth having operatives ready to shoot back the moment they break super conceal.
Mandrakes cannot charge after teleporting. The teleport counts as a normal move.

No Death Guard?
Doesn't Shadow Passage count as a Normal Move which would disallow them to Charge afterward?
