Top 3 uses for Order: swap
1. If you use it, lawrie dies and use it again on next lawrie, you both have the good weapon
2. If you about to die while Lawrie is fine (you have skill issue and) you can use it to give lawrie more chance
3. If you want to seem strong to Edgars (they will probably jump on throwers, but not shotgunners)
Top 3 uses for In line
1. You want to keep people in range while on top of them
2. You just went through portal and want to hit someone between portals
3. You don't have other gadget and still want to abuse R-T glitch in barbed ammo
Conclusion: In line is worse

i feel like a way cooler and better gadget would be swapping the brawler you control instead of swapping weapons. now youve moved, swapped weapons, can auto heal lawrie, and theres no crazy damage reduction
and as for in line, instead of a line projectile going back and forth, its a beam. this beam could either be instant and short, or shoot between them and stay for a couple seconds (the end connected to you moves with you) and deals damage every second an enemy is touching it
0:54 Carnage, I want to point out an interesting thing here, before Lawrie did 1000 damage as a thrower (which was strange), but after the nerf to his shotgun, for some reason this reduced Lawrie's throwing damage(from 1000 to 850. Idk how it works, I still haven’t found a pattern)
Damage went down 150 i think, and they just did it to the whole thing inatead of the attack
Btw I think there might be glitch with that gadget but basically both Larry and Lawrie can have the throw/gun weapon at the same time
(As soon as you spawn Lawrie and switch weapons and you don't die and are able to spawn a nother lawrie(it's very important u spawn a new lawriew)and when you do if you use the swap gadget again both Larry and lawrie can have the throw attack at the same time which kills a lot of brawlers instantly if used correctly I don't know if it was pached in this update or if its even a glitch anyway just thought I should let you know so maybe you can try it out
They need to add pre-nerf damage to the gadget specifically

Nah I disagree.
In line is bad because the use case is so niche that you're very unlikely to ever use it. However if you do land the hit from In Line you at least slow the enemy for a small period of time which can maybe be pretty clutch sometimes.
Order Swap on the other hand straight up doesn't have a use case because it's never beneficial to lower your stats.
That being said, unlike In Line, Order Swap isn't in danger of getting removed from the game because Order Swap being the worst gadget in the game has more to do with a developer oversight and less to do with the idea of the gadget being bad.

Today I just found out rt’s in line gadget got reworked and I personally think it’s pretty good for when you want to play aggressive
I just love (hate) how I found the Dyna skin in Mythic 3 and haven’t found the Chester one yet (I’m Mythic 1) and there are silver dudes with both
I really like (it’s actually complicated) this game
actually it is good in heist because if you swap then when lawrie attacks the safe with his normal attack a lot of projectiles miss and since you're the one controlling larry you can get aim to get all the projectiles on the safe
Not only this, but since the poison modifier triggers r-t’s marks, in line is sometimes the better gadget choice.
Nah, I always use this gadget it's really nice. For example when some tank jumps on you, u are placing twin, gadet and it's like 5k in sec
When a kit supers onto an angelo one tile on water from land, the stun happens, and the kit can move around but not attack during the duration of the super. Kit can attack again once the super ends
I feel ashamed of this being my only gadget for L&L

so like if you were in an emergency and you needed to get back to your base, and if you could hit the gadget it would let you get back
in super lower ranks, swap gadget is better, especially in showdown, cuz how do u dodge 6 ammo worth of a long lasting op explosion when ur stuck in a corner

I actually predicted that L&L would have a gadget that would swap their weapons/classes and i was surprised that it actually was it and i was excited to use it because it really sounded like a fun way to play Larry but as it turned out it sucked from the begining and Order: fall back was always the better one sadly and now this gadget is just straight up dead

piper mains explaining why the brawler built around being fucked at close range gets not only a super that saves them from that but also a gadget that applies knockback with slow for some fucking reason when emz gets like 1 tile of knockback
I still think that in line is worse because in line does less damage then Larry’s order swap gadget and is situational and hard to hit.

Remake idea : Instead of nerfing the taser gun's damage, nerf 'whatever weapon lawrie has''s damage.
In that way, if larry is using the taser gun, it would not be nerfed by 50%. Instead, the thrower lawrie will get nerfed

I think if that recieve the "gron treatment" where the attack has a fixed timer to land, meaning you cant attack the ground in an instant but rather the attack goes up and lands after 1/1.5 seconds, then this gadget will become much better.
Then it will apply to Lawrie making it even worse
Not going to lie, I wanted that change to Larry & Lawrie, because it's unfair to approach them sometimes, and Grom had that exactly same problem.
