I clean my kitchen with vinegar too. Often I put a drop of washing up liquid on the rag first. And putting a small bowl of baking powder in the fridge neutralizes odours.

@@Azahar-House I meant bicarbonate of soda :) I also keep a small bowl behind the sofa since I have dogs and it helps dog smell too .
