The thing is they can have drama all the time but if the company still make money no one give a damn.
Also if said feud caused some project to get halted or something can lead to a lawsuit, this is when the CEO need to get involved to make sure the company don't lose money and client. This is why people always say "HR is not your friend" because HR and Legal make sure the employees don't go out of certain line.
