    Ive have tried this process so many times but still didnt get the right lever pull & brake bite.
    I suggest you do this procedure but afterwards, you have to do the suction process at the lever.
    I was even thinking my magura mt7 pro is defective since i could not get the correct lever pull at the rear brakes. The front brake lever has no problem, i tried switching it to the rear but still has not enough lever pull/bite.
    Maguras are really great brakeset 👍
    Enjoy your ride & be safe always 😇

      With my setup, I transferred Magura brake into new frame, cut and bleed using the same process, works like a charm. If your MT7 is under warranty try contact your Magura or authorized LBS.

      I had the same problem with my rear Magura MT7. The trick that worked for me was to elevate the front of the bike to a vertical position relative to the rear. Then squeeze the handle. You'll notice the increased bite. While awkward you can then do the suction process while the bike is vertical. I had to do this twice, but fixed the brake issue. I think air gets trapped in the longer hose assembly and raising the front of the bike forces the air bubbles up to the brake handle where the suction method can be successful.

      Is it effective if I don't lift the motorcycle every time?Or is it okay if I do it once and then no more?
      I am sorry if there is anything strange about the sentence, as I am translated by a Japanese

    What type of pad compound is the MT Trail using? Resin?

    • @RgezMTB
      @RgezMTB  Před měsícem

      The Magura MT Trail uses organic (resin) brake pads: 9.P Performance for the front and 7.P Performance for the rear

      Pag-ginamitan kasi ng ibang parts, ma-void ang warranty, sayang naman yung 5 years warranty.

    How have these brakes held up? Would you say they are worth getting, I currently have the budget Shimano 4 pots are they better then them?

    • @RgezMTB
      @RgezMTB  Před měsícem

      For awesome modulation and smooth braking, the Magura MT Trail brakes are a top pick, especially if you upgrade the pads. But if you want raw power and reliability on a budget, stick with the Shimano 4-pots. I have Shimano 4-pots on my other bikes too, and they’re solid.

    • @RgezMTB
      @RgezMTB  Před 3 lety +1

      Itong setup ay 203mm rotor, kailangan mo ng bracket na pang 203mm, yung model ay magura QM9. Bolt-on mo lang yung caliper pero wag mo muna higpitan, press mo yung brake para mag center align ang caliper, tsaka mo higpitan.

      It took me longer than the video. Need to remove all the bubbles from the hose. Also need to flick the brake lever from time to time, it helps remove the bubbles too, but do not press all the way.
