I think he straight up missed the FD. I had to watch it back because he had RISC gauge too. He didn't lose any meter when he blocked Garuda, ate some chip damage, and gained RISC. Just mistimed it I guess. How weird.

Damn, Chipp really had to play this MU without a decent bnb combo last patch. K alpha blade into jumpd pressure being lost feels bad, but look how little damage it does. Chipp now gets 150 off every close slash, it's not something you can just ruffle aside if you're a pot player

idk much about this game, but can snyone tell me why the *heavenly* pot buster does less dmg than the normal one?

I believe there is an element of damage scaling for the hpb, so it would deal higher damage the more health the opponent has (this is variable tho I think because some characters have more defense than others) ,unlike the normal pot buster which I think has fixed damage. I may be wrong since I don’t play as or against Potemkin very often but this is at least what I have observed.

If he hits a heavenly raw it deletes health, but him comboing into it makes it do less damage
