Please, fertility awareness method DO work! 🙏 We have to understand that tracking your cycle is something, and doing FAM is another. There’s a lot of misunderstanding about this and it only make girls more suspicious or nervous about this very great option for them :( I think it’s better to say that is a compromised option. You’ll need to take it seriously, you need to study how it works… but let’s not just say that sometimes it doesn’t work because literally any other contraceptive method effectiveness is measured on its “perfect usage”, so it’s unfair that the one that is literally best for our bodies have this fame 😅🌷

Unfortunately, condoms also do not protect you from all STIs.
Just give oral with a condom won’t prevent but will highly reduce risk
