Great cable cutter you got there. I was wondering, is there any way that the cutting blade can fully open, that is to cut a cable that is already laid out in such a way that you cant have acess to the ends or do you have a tool for such an application. Thanks in advance Ron

Zarr yes the blade will rotate and completely open up to allow you to insert a cable to be cut. Take care Ron
