Hello dear. You know, I am convinced that someone has put a curse on me and or my family. We've all been through so much including the loss of my baby granddaughter 27 years ago! Either that or I've been paying back some serious Karma! And yes. I've considered paying back some of my own to many people who wronged me as recently as this year! But I really do want to move on from it. And though I feel it's getting a lot better, I do have some very very bad thoughts about revenge! But theres no point now. Jessica do you use a tsp of baking soda in water for your reflux? Yeah it's gross to get down but it helps all sorts of things. As for the prisoner in our own body... Yeeeaahh. I can't eat fruit or vegetables (or a bunch of grains etc) and I miss them so bad! Also, I just adore you! You ALWAYS make me laugh and I'm here for every read whether it's my message or not.
