Note: All data will be lost/erased and if you had a google account on it, you will have to enter your email and password after reseting it.

My only (very, very minor) complaint is that I ordered this in bronze and they sent me black. Yes, it should have been corrected, but we were only in country for a short period of time and I didn't want to run the risk of not getting a new one in time. I'm such a fan of Samsung Galaxy tablets that I'd rather suck it up than lose out on having it. In the big scheme of things, this rates an irritant factor of .0000000001 out of 1000. In other words, I'm not looking at the colors when I use it, so I got over it very easily.

Thank you this helped so much. I bought my tablet months ago and had started to set it up but never finished so I had a password and my Gmail set up but nothing else was really on the tablet. I forgot about it for a few months and found it again, and completely forgot what the password was and couldn’t unlock it. So yea I didn’t mind resetting it completely.

My 9 yr old forgot his password and this has been lock for 4 months thank you so much. I watched this video maybe 30 times. Its important to connect to a laptop and watch this video to know when to let the buttons go because I kept doing it at the wrong Samsung logo. I also kept getting a turquoise screen but watching the screen really helped. Thank you!!!

In my tab wipe data/ factory reset is not coming

Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

In the video at 0:45 I mentioned, that you will need to enter your gmail account. This video is for unlocking the SCREEN Lock, not your gmail account. But there is a solution. Try search for FRP unlock Samsung Tab A7. Good luck

@@CrocFIX now I'm experiencing the FRP problem and haven't found a single solution, can you give me any advice in case you have one? (i tried the talkback hack, but in spanish didnt work, i'll try with english to see if it works)
@@Matiasill Depends which Android version you have. But you will need to try couple of videos before you can find the right one. There are also some paid software which removes the frp lock. I don't want to do any comercial here.
