A man was dying in a VA hospital, with tears washing his face, totally despondent, full of guilt, shame, and remorse he confessed to a chaplain that when he was in Viet Nam he killed innocent civilians for fun and excitement. He cried, "Where was God, why didn't he stop me?" The chaplain replied, "God couldn't interfere with your free will but he was there. He was with your victims."

If you are referring to a Trump speech where he says he won't be a dictator "other than for one day," and people agree with writing executive orders to close the border and drill for oil. All I can say is you've never seen a real dictatorship. What I can't disagree with is Trump does have a terrible way with words.
