Your wife is an absolute hero for helping you film these! Send the internet's thanks, please!
Yes it must be absolute hell sitting there as she is chauffeur driven to France in a Bentley. Life's a bitch.
Italy in a Rolls Royce* lol
Italy in a Rolls.. Indeed you're a very wise young man
@@a_wise_young_man752 its a Rolls Royce, you not-so wise-peasant :)
@@RobG001 Do you think that he's reading that 3 years later you you-even-less-wise-peasant?
This guy is Pure Class !!!
Pure comfy.
I don't think most Rolls owners drive the thing 3000 miles...
are you a stud, duncan?
🐸🐸🐸
I didn't think Cernovich could tear himself away from infowars long enough to look at cars
it cracks me up every time Harry pulls out an actual map. A Thing you see very little these days due to smartphones.
@alanrtment porter ....so keep it charged!
A map contains far more information than a tiny cell-phone screen.
@ No, it does actually
No one has any idea where they really are.
Firebrand in the U.K. O.S maps detail every feature meticulously including individual trees
Part of me wants this channel to really blow up but at the same time I like that there is just a small crown of people who really appreciate and respect what he's doing

Hold my beer...5000%
Harry chooses quality over quantity. Rather upload one video per month per car with a runtime of 20-30 min than two videos per week and the same car with a twist and 5-10 min long.
You're absolutely right, l could not find a single rude comment here. Just people genuinely interested in the cars.
Thank God for Harry
Nice and kind guy yes... wish I had an uncle like him.
Harry is the kind of guy one can't help but admire. Thanks for the best reviews on youtube, Harry.
Byron Rich steady on, we don't know where he made his money. perhaps his dad was a banker for the nazis
lol
I think it was just lighthearted banter mate, though his response was a bit disappointing
I laughed so hard at this one
I thought he made his money selling videos of Eric Bristow twerking to the Danish national anthem while wearing a pair of Daisy Duke denim shorts.
Harry feels 'a bit of a hooligan'. Priceless
At 75 mph it still has 95% of the engines resources available. I have a similar gauge in the Land Rover and at the same speed, it tells me that 95% of the engines resources are used up.
LOL! You comedian :)
Fantastic fun to watch. Your delivery was excellent. I'm very poor yet I felt no envy, simply joy.
Mercedes travelling back in time at 16:25
what was that about.

Lol, a glitch in the matrix.
The new Timetronic™ from Mercedes.
I thought there was something funny in my drink.
Best reviews on the net. Harry is the man.
I'll never own one, hardly likely to ever sit in one, and the chances are I'm highly unlikely to ever see one, but I am glad that Rolls Royce make cars like this! Really enjoyed this video - especially as I'm also heading off to the Italian alps and beyond on my motorbike next week!
Enjoy! I enjoyed this video because it showed me what the Gotthard Pass is like up top. Last time I was there my mates & I went through the TUNNEL instead... all 10.5 miles of it. We did not think that plan through, and our faces were black with exhaust fumes by the time we reached the end. Hah.
Phil Chalk why do you put that mindset? ask yourself why you can't have it, are you less capable than any other human being? God just thinking like that feels depressing to me :(
David MuscleGuy - crikey, lighten up a bit mate. I'm quite a positive person actually, but like thoughts of winning the lottery etc, it's very much in the realms of dreams, and being accepting of that isn't being negative or depressing.
Phil Chalk
Perhaps RR could produce a motorbike.
David Mitchell - well it is a 320,000 pound car . . . with astronomical annual running costs . . .
Harry could review a kettle and it would be interesting and entertaining.
Karl Shaw ”they perhaps went a little too hard on the chromes”
Those who think Mr. JWW is the classiest car guy on Yotube, just haven't yet discovered Harry.
I deleted JWW last week on the strength of it. sorry JWW but Harry is sooo knowledgable.
Who is Mr. JWW?

My mate and I had a good idea in taking his old mans wraith out while his parents were away. Within 5 minutes his old man was on the phone from somewhere in the u s of a going bonkers and telling us in no un certain terms to put it back, must of had a thingy on his phone but omg what a car an absolutely amazing machine never been in anything remotely close to it. Rolls Royce are in a class of there own and yes we put the car back straight away as that was the right thing to do and spent the rest of the day polishing it, the car just has so much presence and deserves to be stared at in owe. Thanks Mr Harry I tip my hat too you👍
Harry thank you so much for this video ! There's something very soothing and calming about your speech that makes my anxiety disappear completely ! My passion for automobiles comes from a very tender age when I started karting and even though I had my fair share of troubles and bad moments in life, my love for cars never changed, what I'm trying to say here is that I truly admire and relate to your passion and also am truly grateful that you make this content available to us all around the world for free ! Thank you thank you thank you, you awesome chap !
Best Wraith review I've seen, just telling and showing us what it's like, had me smiling all the way through, thanks from a poor boy in NZ, very glad you do these vids
By far the best motoring channel on CZcams. Took the same road from Switzerland to Italy back in April. Fantastic bits of road and beautiful scenery.
Harry, these video's are a joy to watch. Please don't stop doing what you do. The style of your videos is brilliant. Genuine, well-informed and not over-edited. Proud subscriber. Long time fan
Just another act of class and full knowledge. Riding on such locations on a BB, with that gorgeous Panerai in the wrist... only a few could do it so good. Thanks so much dear Harry!
That huge car really gets up to 155 pretty damn fast.
Sounds great, too.
I started watching Harry's channel. What I appreciate most is that Harry doesn't just talk about the cars, but also about the destinations. I have been to some of the places in Harry's video and it is enjoyable to see them in his journey.
What else can you say, Harry is a gem, highly entertaining full of knowlege and the passion shines through....what a star.
When I'm in the mood to kick back, relax and take a look at a good car, I go through Harry's videos. Very gentlemanly done, with class, knowledge and objectivity. Well done.
Must say I hardly ever watch anything car related on youtube and am not even a huge auto fan in general but I saw this on my recommended list and you, sir, are a class act. Everything about the video was wonderful and thank you so much for putting this up for us to see. Just a delight, really.
Wish you nothing but the best.
I didnt expect to see Harry inside the boot, that's a first... Love the show, one of the best for sure, you get to see the cars and the views... Perfect :)
"...beautiful Cars, beautiful people and me..."
You are great man!
I really enjoyed that, thank you, Harry. Continental motoring as few will ever experience, with a spoonful of nostalgia in Coupe des Alpes country. And your commentary is concise , to the point yet choc a bloc with relevant and interesting facts and figures. Last but not least, your sparkle as you look into the lens conveys a joi de vivre and an infectious enthusiasm for real motoring which reminded me of Stirling Moss, John Bolster with a touch of Gregor Grant thrown in to keep us grounded. Yes, you are a truly gifted motoring journalist, Harry, brilliant!
Harry's line "wonderful venue, packed full of beautiful cars, and (eh) beautiful people, (eh) and me" is pure gold. Hopefully somewhere sometime I will find myself in a similar situation...
It doesn’t matter where I find myself, I am always the least attractive. M.
love those sun glasses Harry!
I see "Harry" and i click
What a video ! Marvelously well done. He talks about the car and it's driving experience like he was declaiming a poem. Pure class Mister Harry.
Harry you impress from start to finish! Your knowledge on anything and everything you review is top class it is delivered like a story in a articulate way that your viewers can just relax and enjoy.
Another great review by the man himself. I do like his laid back and frank attitude and I always wait for the bit where he has to pull out a map to show us where he's going or been and you can't see because his thumb is over the location lol. Keep up the good work H!
Harry really put that damn thing through its paces!
Harry - an absolute gem. The best car presenter in the pinnacle of motoring over the Swiss Alps - joyous! Bravo.
Would like to give respect to your passenger that films you while driving... And also never ruins the shorts while you talk, and also does like the quick dashes in the Alps.
Thumb up for both of you.
Audience: How do we know how big the boot really is?!
Harry: Hold my beer...
I love these half hour road-trip videos, Harry! Excellent work as usual
Love it! RR maintain their "sufficient" attitude elegantly as ever. The red-blue, warmer-cooler approach, power available dial instead of a tach.
For ninety-five percent of the driving that ninety percent of us do, sublime. Cross continent bliss.
Superb review, Harry. You've captured and communicated the spirit of the ride with aplomb.
Yep!
Fabulous - video, car, review, scenery, trip. This video has everything! Brilliant Harry, just brilliant.
Top gear if James may was alone.
Chapperz 994 there both wankers
'They're' not 'there'.
Exactly my thoughts too
No Way..James May too smug and full of himself. Tries to come over as the guy next door but definately has a superiority complex.
@@herbiee22 You clearly haven't watched enough James May
2:10 - that sound deadening is incredible! You could almost hear a pin drop at motorway/dual carriageway speeds!
Harry is one of the few people I'd really like to meet and chat with over a beer, and listen to him tell car stories. You're the best!
Thx for visiting! Thx for the good and instructive entertainment and the dream you make in some ways accessible to many...
Harry bringing the goods, as usual..love this channel!
Thats my perfect daily driver
It will be in my current life.
Thoroughly enjoyed that trip, thanks very much for taking us along!
Thank you Harry for another brilliant video. For me your videos are pure escapism. When you announce a trip I actually get excited, I get myself a drink and something to munch and settle down to watch, what I know will be a good video. All the best and keep them coming. 🇬🇧 🏴
Wonderful work as ever Harry....keep 'em coming....TMF
You all probably dont care at all but does someone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?
I stupidly lost the account password. I love any help you can offer me!
@Josue Draven Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm in the hacking process now.
Takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Josue Draven It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
@Zane Kase no problem :)
great video, been looking forward to this one! 16:23 made me chuckle with the bmw reversing!
Harry, I am half your age but your reviews resonate with me more than any other auto journalist. Thank You!
Thank you, Harry, for sharing these wonderful cars with us!
This is a car that looks much much better in reality than it does on film.
One would hope so because I really don't like the styling based on the video (I've not seen one in the flesh yet)
Can’t wait to be able to make such road trips again...tough times at the moment but there is an end in sight , got to stay positive
5:12 *That's Brilliant, my 1978 Silver Shadow (6.2 Litre V8) did around 12mpg and the best I achieved was 14 mpg, however Petrol was far cheaper then, I remember it around 67p PER GALLON - sold the car in 1982 when went to just over £1 per GALLON, with the number plate 45 K. They say that if you have to ask how many MPG does it do you can't afford it, but I have always been 'reputably 'careful'. **9:34** Been there many times but surprised you managed to get out the 'Bad Word' Pass, I always referred to it as the Rhône Glacier Pass when Ladies present. First went over the Gotthard Pass in 1961 on my 350cc Triumph 21 before any tunnels and 42 hairpin cobbled roads, the view down to Airola from the top was awesome., it was raining and stayed the night at bottom (Airola) and when looked up in the AM could not believe where I had been. **21:10** You did again Harry - please call it the Rhône Glacier Pass as far more chivalrous and respectful. Also done similar trip on my Suzuki RG500 Model C **_'Kevin Schwantz'_** race replica.*
Great review, Harry has a very good manner with him and is very informative without the usual waffle.
The Rolls suits you Sir Harry
Adore the engine sound on acceleration. And - I love the rear of the car.
Good man Harry. Another quality trip you've brought us on. Definitely a unique USP of you and your channel. Keep it up. Thanks a mill!
Always a pleasure to see a new Harry's Garage vid on my list!
Those wheels look unbelievable
harry i must say "being a automotive paint sprayer" of some 35 yrs experience water based paints should not make any top clear orange peel these days orange peel is down to cheap poorly flowing clearcoat or poor touch up robot programs at the larger manufacturer.
Or lack of flatting and polishing .,which is what u would expect on an expensive car
Harry is a true gentleman. I think this car's character suits him to the tee. Thank you Harry for giving us a glimpse at what the experience of driving and owning a car like this would be like.
nice review and a real bit of escapism in these challenging locked down times - many thanks
He's driving a Rolls Royce Wraith Black Badge and stayed in Germany because the hotels were a bit cheaper lol ;-)
That's also a reson we do want 'transit tourists' to pay for the vignette....
He didn't pay for the car, dopey.
@@nickturner2813 Why thank you!
Thanks for taking me with you Harry, loved it!
Lovely to see Harry's adventures. Remember my father, even with modern smartphones, he doesn't get rid of his paper maps, so nostalgic 😊
Obscenely Gorgeous
Great Video 👍🏻
Never has a CZcams video title been clicked so quickly. Oh yes.
Makes a great sound, much better than I would have thought from an RR ! Thanks for a fantastic review.
I watch a lot of youtubers doing car reviews but only Harry can clamber into the boot of one of the worlds most prestigious cars next to Lake Como and leave me believing “that’s handy to know” - Harry you are the best!
You're looking well Harry. Dropped a bit of timber. Great vid, as per. Best wishes.
16:25 what on earth is that C-Class Cab up to?! 😂
Hahaha Backwards man! That was random AF.
hahaha I missed that the first time round. Sure why not drive backwards down the road at normal traffic speed
Hahahhaa
AJM Campbell he is backing up... duh
Excellent review Harry, those passes are astounding! Did the Furka a few years back in my Jag XK, great memories!
Harry, amazing video as always. So distinctively different from all the other motoring content out there...
Almost complete silence inside, when you starting your journey!
They're always saying that this is great (and it is for a passenger who wants to sleep), but as a driver I wouldn't want this. Hearing is an integral part of our perception of the environment and losing that sense can't be good for safe driving.
valgehiir but he put the foot down on the autobahn it sounded loud like a sportscar, I wonder if he was on a specific mode that makes it also louder or if you put you foot down anytime it would get loud like that on the black badge because on a standard RR it wouldn't get that loud, you almost not hear the engine
Less blingy wheels and interior would be more to my taste, then you'd really have a refined gentleman's carriage. Great and informative video. Thanks, Harry.
Interior isn't that fancy
Always a pleasure to accompany your European GranTouring adventures, Mr. Harry M. :]
Love this Harry. What a drive and what fab scenery. Fantastic car and when you go round the car and show it to us, you cover all the details of the car's features that I want to hear about and see. Another great video and well done to the camera operator!
4:45the noise only lasts 1minute, probably a phone or something
Everyone can learn from Harry!
A simply brilliant review of an incredible car. Thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
Some of the best content on CZcams. Thanks Harry, you are brilliant! 👍👍
The new industry standard boot test!
RR's are so perfect to drive, just want to drive all the time...great video Harry
A true classic gentleman, even when he climbs into the boot, well done Harry!
Excellent video Harry - a week of luxury - keep 'um coming!
The british motorway system gets better once you're in France...love it :D
lovit, drive a RR into cheap motel cause it is "abit cheaper"...
Most rich people got that way by being good with money... so figures really
Absolutely fantastic, I feel like I am on the journey with you. I would love a quick hello from Mrs Metcalfe, to meet the lady putting up with your car obsession and who sits so calmly in the passenger seat!!
Fantastic presentation and the views are breathtaking! Thanks for sharing!
I enjoyed that..as always. How was the ride against the Bentayga? Have you driven the Mulsanne Speed? Do a video of that Harry.
Similar price as the GT4 Lusso right? If so, tough choice between them.
Excellent video. I love your road trips most of all. Feels like I'm along for the ride with you.
Thoroughly enjoyable video. Excellent car, very entertaining and informative commentary. Many thanks.
Very awesome car but what's up with the Subaru XV wheels?, I'm not a fan of those.
Just wondering if that great engine noise under full load is it real or is it piped in through the speakers like a BMW M5?
Good question. It is a giant ass V12 but the sound deadening is legendary from this marque. Hmmmm..
Harry, you are awesome and your videos provide quality content that no one else has.
Last time I was at Lake Como I was playing cricket for Monte Carlo Cricket Club against Milan with a breathtaking view of the Alps as a backdrop. Happy days.
I love the fastback look reminds me of the 69 fastback mustang. or 70 thunderbird fastback really nice
marem19 yup they are very similar
