Having worked several years at a bookstore I’m pretty set how my books are organized. Hardbacks & paperbacks separate, divided into genres, alphabetized by author. Larger books are usually separate. I’d never find anything if I organized differently since I have 10,000+ books. I’ve seen a few videos where people have them organized by color and that seems like chaos to me. But in the end I guess it comes down to what works best for the person.
How can you have Neal Shusterman's Scythe series and NOT have the Unwind series?!?! That made me fall in love with his writing! Its somehow more disturbing than Scythe and I love it 😂
Awe man. When my dog was a puppy, I came home one day and he had literally killed some of my books. Pages were thrown everywhere. There was no salvaging them. I will always have my books in a room I can lock dogs out of now 😅

I have noticed an uptick in red rising hate when it was almost non existent before, I think part of it is that the people who have gotten into it in the last couple years it seems like an overnight success when it has been building and growing momentum for a long time and there’s anything these days that is popular there will be people who hate it for that reason alone

And since your husband has Samurai Executioner he should also get Lone Wolf and Cub :)
Hello! Just wanted to let you know Elliot that Amazon released "Blade of the Immortal" anime series. It is absolutely amazing. A few things were skipped and moved around to save time but the animation and attention to detail is by far the best I have seen. The art style mimics the manga. I can honestly say it's better than the previous one that was released. My favorite manga by far. Not too many people talk about it.
I have my heavier graphic novels on the middle shelf of my small unit and have my art history books on the bottom. All the art history books are at least 1.25 kg each, and I have a couple that weigh almost 4 kg each. Man, I'd love three or four more bookshelves! lol.
I started Vinland Saga in December! I’ve read the first two bind ups, so first four volumes. Is it weird to be thinking that the main character could be written out of the story and it wouldn’t affect it at all? Because that’s how I’m feeling about it at the moment 😂
