I think the Zimmer defense won’t have as many turnovers but better per down type. Parsons is a DE so people need to stop talking about him as an off the ball LB.
I love your optimism with the o-line but it needs to be tempered a little. Guyton and Beebe are rookies (playing out of position), and Steele is a major question mark. The first 5 or 6 games could be rough.
If they start that slowly it could get pretty rough around here.

Jeff, why do you keep forgetting that Steele was coming off a torn acl last year? He was damn good the year prior that's why they paid him
He knows but we all know that players aren't back to form until we see it again. Michael Gallup for instance was one that didn't come back to form. But Steele was good again by the end of the year so I think he will be back to kicking ass 💪

He tore his acl in 2nd to last game of 2021, he was rushed back in like the 4th game of 2022, hadn’t been a full year removed, his confidence was shot to hell because he wasnt mentally ready. 2023 was more of the same. That GB playoff game, he was 6-6 for 103 yrds. This fan base doesn’t have any patience for players coming back from injury, just like Tony Pollard.
All Jeff said was steele didn't play well last year, which is a fact. He never said steele sucks or he won't get better or he can't return to form. Fact of the matter is steel wasn't good last year
@@Cowboyz214 I know the Gallup situation was different, but it goes to show they don't always come back the same so you shouldn't count on it. And Gallup wasn't the same after 2 years even if he was rushed back. Like I said I believe Steele will be back but you can't guarantee it

Could Steele be better because its year 2 after knee surgery? Everyone always says it isnt until year two where you are back to normal.

Hey! Jeff read my question. That's awesome! Dak, Zack, and J Lew definitely seem like nice dudes. Dak obviously doesn't deserve the crap he gets, but I also think J Lew is way too harshly judged for a few bad plays. He's been consistently solid and it makes me happy he's a genuinely nice dude.
I believe the OL will be improved, which will help the running game. McCarthy and Dak are now on the same page, and the young receivers are in their second year in the system, thus the passing game should start better than last year. I don't expect the defense to be decent until at least midseason.
Steven Jones codbe gm of the year for 2 massive upgrades moves he gave a 1st for Cooper then got a 5th forhim but wait there's more then the money he saved from trading Cooper he gave it to a crippled gallup that is brilliant
