What is the role of improver in bread?
@@meenakshisean it's basically a emulsifier which makes bread soft and fluppy, if you make without Improver you have denser bread with heavyness in it.

I tried this recipie. I have same size mold. But I am not able to remove the loaf easily from mold after baking.
Tip
If u washed the mould then let it completely dry in oven .
Try to spread more oil in mould.
After baking wait for 5 min and then demould the bread
