In this video me and my wife start off laying a concrete block wall 6 feet under ground. The historic flood of 2022 in eastern Kentucky wiped out thousands of houses and did millions of dollars of damage to homes, roadways, businesses. Loved ones were lost. This house suffered damage to a concrete retaining wall in the crawl space/ cellar and we’re building it back bigger and better! Thanks for watching!
