I know this video is 7 months old but came across it whilst looking for a guide on how to replace the screen protector on a truly unique phone. I've worked in the telecoms industry previously and would frequently have to apply screen protectors on new devices as part of my role and this is a perfect example of what not to do. First of all you're being far too rough and fast trying to do this, you have to take your time and be consistent in your movements as opposed to rushing it cause you want it done faster. Another big issue is that the spudger you're using isn't the right size for the device, yeah it's the companies fault for not supplying one the right size but they can be cut with a pair of scissors easily. Going at a slow and steady pace with the spudger using that to move the protector across the screen is easily the best way to apply as it removes any massive pockets of air from getting caught underneath it. If I'm being completely honest this is 90% your mistake and 10% the manufacturers. Should they have provided a better tutorial? Yeah sure. Should they have provided a cut to size spudger? Yeah ofc but they're just bought in bulk at a cheap price, custom ones don't come cheap. But quite a lot of what went wrong is purely down to yourself and failing all that, you simply could've asked any local repair shop or accessory store if they would be willing to apply it for you, considering you had the product and all they had to do was apply it I doubt they would've charge much if anything for the service if you asked kindly. I know this comment may be useless all in all but just my two cents.
First of all, it never occurred to you to take it out of the phone case? You obviously never watch any video on installing any screen protector because they are NEVER in the phone case. Secondly like the stillmangal said "you did it all wrong". You can't blame the screen protector for that.
Today I received exactly the same Newzerol screen protector, as it's been 3 times that the protective screen applied by Samsung has come off, probably due to the summer heat. But what I can say is that I went slowly, took my time, removed the phone case and the application was perfect! As for the lines you can see, they're perfectly normal in steps 2 and 3; and as for the little bubbles you couldn't remove with the spatula, they come off after 24 hours. (Yours are entirely your fault). Well done, you've just wasted three protective screens. What's more, they made a tutorial video, just scan their QR code please ... In short, a not very informative video on how to apply a protective screen.
..... Very frustrating, I concur. Well done for persisting. Lets look at the big picture. None of us are likely to have the same phone in three years time. Screen protectors will do nothing for a drop on concrete. I am more concerned about all the Gorillas going without their glasses.
