Here's how I see each one:
Out of the whole group, Darkiplier seems to be the more clever one- the one everyone that makes people question "I don't know if I should be scared or horny." He knows what he's doing; he manipulative, deceptive, he's calm but dangerous. How people picture the devil in a suit - that's Darkiplier.
Antisepticeye - he's the playful and mischeivious one. He loves the thought of killing; his laughter is the most iconic thing about him. Anti finds it fun being scary and dangerous; he likes to play before he kills. He's basically the one that's mostly insane.
PewDIEpie is the guy you least expect. You think that Pewds is the alright one, that he's okay, but then he somehow snaps and his alter comes out - I see it being a painful experience, his back hunching over, but then he lets out this laugh that practically shocks the other two (like at 1:31 ). He's the leader out of Dark and Anti - the guy is cool and charismatic, taking on this Ted Bundy-esque vibe. He seems alright at first; doesn't seem like he could hurt anybody, but thats what catches you off guard (he finds it like a joke in a way). He's probably the worst out of the two, but then again, we haven't seen how bad Dark and Anti can get.

Ms. Rose I love your interpretation of these characters. I feel like 'infelix' would be emotionless most of the time but whenever he'd kill or become angry, he'd turn into a completely different person. He'd become more charismatic, determined even...a sadist like Anti but tactical like Dark, making him the most unpredictable and dangerous of the three.

I like the thought of this, like Markiplier has the Devil in him making him be Darkiplier, Jacksepticeye has a demon inside him, or another personality entirely making him antisepticeye, while Felix is the human, full human, making him the depressed, anxious, lonely, dark, and something that feels real and very, insane in a way. Pewdiepie doesn't need a demon or devil, he's his own demon. I love this!

Ok these are my interpretations. I’m sorry if it seems off, this is just the character vibe that I get:
*Anti* - has questionable tendencies. He likes the idea of murder, but can never actually go through with it. Although, he practices his favorite methods on himself in order to get a similar high. He’s manipulative, but he’s mostly just cunning. He knows what moves to take, but he’s asocial. He’s super snarky and very impulsive. He’s quick to just rip out his anger and show it to the world; just super emotional all around. He’s quick to blame others for what he’s done. He loves to mess with people, but he can never control how far he goes. It’s all about the reaction.
*Dark* - super manipulative. He knows exactly what to say and when to say it. If he wants something, he’s gonna get it. However, he also is super emotional. If something doesn’t go his way, he freaks the hell out and can’t always keep his cool. He’s super, super controlling. Every time something goes wrong, there’s another crack in his sanity. He also has a mega ego. Like, MEGA ego. He can’t think of anything but himself and it’s just all survival. He’ll do _anything_ just to get his way and survive. He will pretend to be your friend and then smash you to the ground if need be. He will, however, try to avoid murder (because he doesn’t want to get his hands dirty). He’s not above having someone else do it for him.
*PewDIEpie* - definitely the most dangerous. He knows how to keep his cool. He’s extremely intelligent and almost completely relies on his smarts and sex appeal to gain your trust. No one ever sees him, because he’s almost okay with hiding himself. He’s technically the leader, but no one ever notices him because he’s so good at being normal. He can stay quiet and he acts like an ordinary person, until something completely random sets him off. Nothing even related: it’s like shock-value. He thrives on the reaction. He’s stoic until he’s not. When he goes haywire, he breaks himself to form a shape that’s not even slightly human, but whatever way to get what he wants. He relies on his wits and sexual appeal to lure you in, and then he experiments. He doesn’t like to kill immediately, but he tortures his victims until they _want_ to die. It’s never quick and he always wants them to beg. He likes the shock-value of guns (as seen in the video), but he feels that they’re too impersonal. The only form of love he will ever see is when he watches the person he’s with slowly fade into death.

Darkiplier seems like the kinda killer who was madly in love and got heartbroken horribly, so he uses his dark powers to get revenge. (like a yandere, if you know what that is.)
Antisepticeye seems like the insane killer, who kills for fun and games. he knows its bad, and he gets scared once his dark side begins to show and wishes he could stop and be normal, but the dark side of him keeps pushing him to kill more and more.
PewDIEPie seems like the killer who hates what he's doing, and believes he's getting controlled by the demons inside him, he's typically pushing people away because he's scared he'll hurt them. but he can't stop, he can't fight back his monsters.

From what mark and jack said, Dark is manipulative user, while Anti is a destructive psychopath. Dark is in his own world, but he appears in this world somehow, (like Wilford Warfstach. I cant completely remember what he said about Dark so im just going to leave what i can remember here). (now here comes my theory) Anti is most likely some half of Jack, he is the evil side. Jack is the main one in control, but Anti fights to win control (explaining why he tried to kill jack)
And another theory is that Dark is a straight up demon, because in the real world, he has no shadow.

The Depression turned him to manipulation and killing. He is calm, but when you get lured by his casual style and sex appeal that inner sadness turns to rage, him using it on you in the sickest ways.
That’s, surprisingly accurate antisepticeye is insane darkiplier is a sociopath and DIEpie is more calm and level headed than the other two

So, I feel like P.DIE.P is some sort of killer who can seduce you, making you trust him and feel like you are both friends -or a bit more- , but when you least expect it, he kills you in the most _painful_ way. He has a smug and laid-back psychotic personality.

Darkiplier isn't really insane because of his calmness and intelligence but more like an evil spirit, or demon. he haunts you in and out of your dreams, also bringing you hallucinations. he'll drive you insane to the point you'd want to _die_ . but, he won't let you do it. he'll do it for you. like Pewds, he'll kill you in a painful way, except...you'll do it. he has an ability to make you do things against your own will.
and finally, Antisepticeye. he is more on the psychotic side. unlike Pewds or Dark, he won't wait to kill you. once he is out on a urge to murder you, he will but in the most _creepiest_ and weirdest way possible. if for some reason you escape from him, he'll haunt and _hunt_ you down. although you hid far, far away, he can still track you. he doesn't need anything to hunt you but your scent. i feel like he would be the type of murderer to hunt his victims in the *cough* most _weirdest_ way possible.

I wish Felix would take on a dark side that's more like dark and anti instead of it being a joke, I would absolutely LOVE to see the three of them collaborate on something like this and maybe even have Mark and Seàn help Felix find a more serious dark side. I absolutely love this edit, I'm completely obsessed with it. Here are some of my thoughts on PewDIEpie/Fearlix/Pewds.exe/whatever the f it is now:
Okay, so, first of all, I think that he would be the shadiest and most mysterious out of the two since no one really knows that he had this side of his. What I mean by that, is that Felix's darksona is technically his inner demon. His inner demon is still him, but more dark, suicidal, twisted and can mess with your mind, making you think he's Felix but in truth he would just get closer to you before striking. His inner demon is basically his greatest fears and such, like it torments him on a daily basis til he finally breaks one day.
The reason why no one also knows his darksona as much is because Felix tries his hardest to hide the fact. But he can't completely hide him, as some signs of his darksona sometimes slip and Felix just tries to cover it up.
Though, unlike the two, Felix has found a way with his inner demon's tricks in helping enhance his videos. Ever since the greatest drama that pushed him in the spotlight, that's when his inner demon had activated and started to torment him about it. Felix, feeling out of control, nearly quits everything until he found a solution, a way to manipulate the scenario and completely take the wheel. That's maybe why no one knows because in short Felix managed to overcome it, or mostly actually.
And that's all I have, you can share your opinions. I'd be happy to hear 'em.

AntiSeptiEye: A crazy, sycho, spirit. He just LOVES tormenting and playing with his victims. He's someone who can't be controlled and is wild. His voice is playful and scary. His most distinctive features are his laugh and blood-covered appearance. Recap, A Psychotic, crazy demon (and kinda sexy)
PewDIEPie: Sexy. Just sexy... Please don't question me

Dark: just like the other two he has a dark side and is unable to fight it. He a good man and he is looking for a lover. And no matter what even if the reject him he would never do anything to hurt someone. It his other side is different. His dark side is Mysterious yet formal. His dark side is also looking for a dear lover but if you were to reject it he’d possibly kill you or keep you with him until you learn to love him. when he is around or trying to control mark your feel a dark and cold presence.

Anti: He is intrusive with the hunger of hurting those who dares underestimate him. He hates being ignored and uses his own mental insanity to get what he wants. Anti is a psychopath with no regrets behind him.
Dark: He is depending on what is right or wrong. Dark is misunderstood within the darkness of his own heart, a troubled mind just wanting to feel life again. He is quiet and shadow like but that doesn't mean is isn't capable of proving himself right.
Die: He is silent. Not wanting to be apart of what they call being the dark alter ego. Die despises his role and finds himself trapped, alone and afraid of what he can do.

My interpretation (edited as i move along):
Darkiplier: a manipulative demonic specimen who, despite arguably being the manipulative one, is an emotional wreck. He freaks out when his style doesn't succeed.
Anti: he's the most pyschotic. He may be manipulative, but is not on Dark's level and prefers to just slit a throat. His prone to glitches makes him distorted and he doesn't actually go through with his killing methods, instead having a tendency to use them on himself.
PewDIEpie: the most destructive. He doesn't have the form of emotionally charged murder like Dark, he doesn't use self-harm like Anti and always plans unlike the others. He rather uses his extreme intelligence and sex appeal to lure his prey and is amazing at just being a human. This camoflauges the danger of being in his proximity and makes him (suprisingly due to his calm nature) the most dangerous.
Weaknesses:
When there is nobody to get Dark's ego back up and running, he will gradually self harm until either DIE intervenes or there is nothing left to self harm.
Sometimes Anti can glitch a little too much. He can use that to his advantage, but if he overuses it the line between our dimension and his 'glitch' dimension will begin to blur, his ability to exist in either dimension will begin to deteriorate.
However tricky and dangerous DIE is, everyone can be outsmarted. If you continually avoid his traps he will get more and more frustrated until he straight up chases you in order to beat you to death. Mistakes from his anger and his lack in skill in terms of hand-to-hand combat makes him prone to losing fights. At this rate it's impossible to not realise he's a mad serial killer.
