REPLICATING THE ORIGINAL YODA PUPPET (LONG VERISON)

This video is an (almost) complete walk-through of the ENTIRE 4-year long project of re-creating an authentic Yoda puppet made entirely from original film production assets. Even the original head mechanism is an exact replica of the one built by Stuart Freeborn and used in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

damn, even the prequels didn't put in that much attention. if Adywan ever does 'Revisited' versions of them, i reckon he would use these to replace the digital yoda. Actually i wonder if thats even possible, the talking stuff yeah, but puppeteer the fight scenes? ooff. maybe cg puppet combo? would be cool to see
