    As an Englishman I find, what appears to be a uniquely USA thing, ordering houses from a catalogue quite fascinating. Nearly every house or boarding school I have lived in, including my current house, has been 16th or 17th century (not necessarily grand; just very old) and these American houses made of wood don’t exist in the United Kingdom so they’re very interesting to me, and rather beautiful. Keep up the good work!

      My British cousin lived in a house in Lincolnshire. The old part of the house was built in the 1300s and the new part was built in 1888.
