You guys should react to the "Last Stand of the Gunslinger" cinematic. It's one of the best cutscenes in the game.

Cayde-6 is still of the most beloved character in the franchise considering he’s played by the legendary Nathan Fillion.

You play as your own created character, there are 3 classes you can play as, Titan (tank) Hunter (Assassin) and Warlock (Mage). The 3 characters in these trailers are leaders of those 3 classes. The big guy with the deep voice is the leader of the Titan class, the woman is the leader of the Warlock class, and the funny robot is the leader of the Hunter class. You dont play as them, they kind of guide you and help you throughout the story.

You gotta see that one after seeing the first ones.
The trailer for the dlc with that story is the destiny 2 fosaken trailers so if you get around to watching that the trailers would be a good follow up!

Destiny 2 is very fun and has very interesting lore, so I hope you will continue to reactions to this game! There's interesting stuff coming with the next DLC, The Witch Queen! Also these trailers did not show them but the Fallen/Eliksni are my personal favourite race and part of the lore!

it really is an amazing videogame the first destiny came out around the year ps4 was released so you should totally check all trailers and all cinematics there are and the story is just amazing. destiny 1 doesn't have a lot of cinematics but the dlcs of destiny they do have a lot of cinematic . the order is down here

Destiny 2 in the house!!! Sweetness! (I don't actually know all that much about this particular franchise, just have heard from friends that it's good)
In my opinion, the lore is really cool, but the actual game itself feels more lackluster due to developmental decisions and the lack of it feeling like an MMO, despite their claims.

They say its not an MMO and that its fine as a singleplayer and while it kinda is, if you want a lot of the better shit you Need a persistent group of players otherwise trying to do any of the higher difficulty raids are impossible and it doesn't help that you cannot simple gather a group of people in game do to almost no ingame social options.
And no just use a third party option isn't a valid response. These things should be In-game not outside it. Something as simple as a LFG is aparrantly impossible for bungie to consider

Destiny’s story is pretty vast and really good in my opinion, regardless of what people may think of the game itself the story is solid. I’d love to see more Destiny reactions.

Haven’t played destiny 2 in a while so idk how’s its doing currently. But I remember coming home from school and jumping on everyday with my friends and having a ton of fun. Their year 2 dlc Forsaken was some of the most fun I had in any video games ever. I spent countless hours doing raids with friends and randoms cuz it was just so addictive and the rewards were also awesome.

Its funny you mentioned about a TV franchise, there has been hints from the developers that it might actually happen. Bungie have always been fantastic at trailers and cutscenes, so here's hoping it does. Cayde-6, the amusing gunslinger, was played by actor Nathan Fillion who gave the part his usual charm and wit in a fairly similar style to his role in Firefly.
Man. A tv series would do so well for this. Wonder if it would be live action or animated 🤔

You should totally check some Destiny 1 stuff! The gameplay and launch trailer. Expansion stuff too, like Dark Below cinematic trailer, The House of Wolves cinematic trailer, The Taken King cinematic trailer/gameplay trailer/launch trailer, Rise of Iron cinematic/gameplay/launch trailer.

The design of the characters, items, and locations- the music, sound effects, and voice acting- the combat, movement, and customization- are all excellent and for the most part have been since day 1. It's unquestionably a game that looks awesome, sounds awesome, and plays awesome.
The two main problems it has, and the reason you'll hear people call it a bad game or a dead game, are content droughts where there's not much to do for 2 or 3 months, and the game is kind of infamous for its heavy monetization. Though neither of those issues are represented severely enough in Destiny that it detracts from my own experience of the game.
Well we are glad it has a rich lore and story so we can check out more from it even if we never end up playing 🤗🤩

If you want more of the Lore and Backstory (and you don't have to do a react for it), I would suggest looking up videos done by My Name is Byf. The background lore has some epic stories like:
- Thorn and the Last Word (The Backstory behind these two Exotic Hand Cannons and the individuals that created them...)
- The Great Catastrophe and The Battle of Twilight Gap
- Clovis Bray, The Exo Program and the Battle to Close the Vex Gate on Europa

Each expansion has multiple cut scenes and we just had a new expansion trailer drop that is the biggest one we've ever had. Lol The game is planned to last 10 years and we're in the tail end. Is tons of content!!! Especially for reactions.

Bungie (the developer) has been expanding in recent times, to the point where they are branching out to films and tv for Destiny. Nothing has been slated but the fact that as people unfamiliar with the franchise you are interested and intrigued to know more about the characters and interested in watching something I think shows there’s enough there to push ahead. Particularly with the success of Arcane showing that a tv show of a video game can be successful if done in the right way.
Yup. All you need are some fun and compelling characters and we are hooked to want to know more. Hopefully there is a bright future for well done video game shows 🤩

Just a little info about the game :)
Basically Destiny is an online looter shooter with some mmo elements developed by Bungie (the same company who made Halo before 343 Industries) and published by Activision until they split back in 2017, so now Bungie is self-publishing the title.
It does have a great story and lore that’s been going on since 2014. Its cutscenes and trailers are awesome so definitely worth checking out. Glad your reacting to Destiny!

In a way much like the Warhammer Lore videos by Luetin09, there are lore videos for the world of Destiny by a CZcamsr known as My name is Byf. I haven’t watched many but they do go over some really interesting stories not explicitly told in game, some of which are prior to even the events of the first game during the “Dark Age.”
We’ve been told that’s a great channel to check out for Destiny lore 😀

The saddest part of these trailers is honestly that this stuff isn't even in the game anymore. New players will never know the epicness of the original D2 campaign. Obviously they can look up things on youtube, but they'll never experience the scenes with Ghaul and the Speaker for themselves. They won't know the awesomeness of Cayde 6. Bungie did Cayde so well. You're absolutely right it's hard to make the funny guy not annoying in games like this and Bungie NAILED IT. Absolutely nailed it. He was is so many people's favorite. Probably why so many people were upset after the Forsaken expansion. Also Nathan Fillion, the voice of Cayde, it just a great dude, and makes everything he's in awesome.
Not surprised Cayde 6 is the fan favorite. He is such a great character from the little bit we saw 🤩
If you want to watch something on the sillier end of Destiny you should check out the Destiny 2 Dance Off trailer.
Not only is it canon that Guardians will start dancing at the drop of a hat for no reason, but there's even some in-game lore on a few armor pieces that the dance off allowed the Vanguard to map the entire Cabal war network.

You guys should 100% watch the Last Stand of the Gunslinger and the Destiny 2 Forsaken Launch Trailer, as for Ikora, the women who you were talking about always thinks she's the smartest and strongest person in the room, and for the most part shes correct, she doesn't need to be loud and broad in her statements because she's confident in what she can do and she can do it.
Player Vs Player in this game is called Crucible and it a TV show for the citizens of the last city on earth, but it used to be a way for Guardians to settle grudges, she once fought the now leader of that activity and hit him so hard, his Ghost a machine that can literally bring you back from death, can't fix his limp she gave him. She is scary powerful and if she ever went off the rails god help anyone in her way.

You could react to literally every cutscene from both D1 & 2, and the rest of the trailers. The 2nd game is nearing the end of Year 4 and is now a fully live event type of game where everything happens to all players regardless of what downloadable content they own.

Destiny 2 was fun. Emphasis on was. All this stuff in the trailers was actually removed to make room for future dlc content. So the “red war” (this battle in the city) story is no longer in the game. And since every other story thing is payed all you have are a few side missions and dailies but apart from that the story is nonexistent if you play for free which btw the game started as payed and went free to play after I payed for it -_-

First hoped into the first Destiny when I saw a clip on youtube of someone dancing on the moon. This game goes by a class-based system where you create your own character. Zaval(the blue guy) is a titan. Titans are your basic tanky punch everything class. Ikora(the one you mentioned looks like Okaye) Is a warlock. This class is known as the space wizards among the destiny community. Cayde-6(Wisecracking Exo) is a hunter. Most annoying class to go against in PVP due to being slippery and jumping out of the stratosphere, but its hard to hate how awesome the class is.
