Starting from farcry 3, this series has the best villains in any game. Would love to see you guys go back and see the villains from farcry 3,4 and 5.

Farcry 3 is still my favorite game in ego Perspective. But farcry 6 is a very good game

Far Cry is always about charismatic villains, we haven't had an interesting protagonist since Jason Brody (Typical California dude-bro turned savage jungle warrior). Since then they've been making blank slate protagonists and focusing on characterizing the villain which is why Giancarlo Esposito is perfect for the role.
Micheal Mando who you prolly know as a fellow cast member from Better Call Saul also got his start here. They always portray the villain as sadistically evil or insane up to a point and then peel away the layer away to show how the systems human beings create facilitate evil and even how sometimes evil is necessary and a part of everyone even the protagonist. Works sometimes better than others because Ubisoft games are 50/50 from a writing perspective, but this is the only franchise they make that I still have genuine interest in.
That’s cool. We’ve heard they have compelling villains. Hopefully this protagonist is better because we like her from what we’ve seen 😁🙏🥳

Fun fact:
Far cry 6 takes place in "Yara"
a fictional place heavily inspired by Cuba.
This makes the game better for me, as its my dad's birth place.
I also have 3 little dachshunds as seen in the second trailer, just not on wheels.
You ever go to Cuba or Florida, try out a Cuban Sandwich, or make it at home, assuming you can get or make Cuban bread.
Also, yes, you can use cigars and unlit matches to help with open wounds. the heat help seals and solidifies a layer of blood i belive.

Far Cry 3 was the peak of Far Cry to me both in respect to story and ost while the later ones had moderately good storylines... It didn't quite hit right.
But this looks to be a banger all right!

There’s a character in the game Fallout: New Vegas that perfectly matches what you were discussing about respectable villains.
His name is Caesar and he leads the Roman-inspired Caesar’s Legion.
To keep it as short as possible (and not spoil), Caesar has carried out numerous atrocities over the course of decades.
That’s not even me calling them that - he literally describes his elite spies as capable of committing “dramatic atrocities to break the spirit of the enemy”.
Thing is, he’s so well-spoken and intelligent that it’s hard not to see where he’s coming from.
If you haven’t played New Vegas, I definitely recommend!

Fallout 1 has a very similar type of villain: The Master.
Again, I won’t spoil too much - but it’s hard not to see where he’s coming from.
He’s in the wrong, considering oversights in his plan; as well as the methods by which he hopes to realize his goal.
However, it’s possible to confront him with these oversights and he legitimately expresses remorse.... making it even easier to sympathize with him.
Heads up: Fallout 1 and 2 (as well as Tactics and Brotherhood of Steel, but those get.... swept under the rug) are VERY different from 3, New Vegas, 4, and 76.

The thing that I always keep coming back to in far cry series (3,4,5,new dawn) is the villains and the setting far cry has interesting setting and they are quite beautiful at times but the villains is that the have this charm that some how can convince you why they do what they do

That was our favorite too. Such a powerful story in that trailer it was like the opening to a movie. We did enjoy the gameplay trailer because we aren’t familiar with Far Cry so it was cool to see what the game was like. This seems like a game we would enjoy playing together 😊🥳

Just so you guys know I’m planning to get far cry 6 on Xbox when it goes on sale or a Ubisoft publisher sale because I would love to see the graphics and the high frame rate on Xbox series x and assassins creed Valhalla on xbseriesx looks amazing and the graphics are just phenomenal so I would love to play it on my new series x

OMG!!!!! this one had me DROOLING 🤣🤣🤣 I wanna send Ubisoft the BIGGEST love letter 🤣 Far Cry 3 was my favorite for a long time but this looks like it blow it away COMPLETELY!!!!! in fact speaking of Far Cry there are TWO Far Cry anime series in development at Netflix, from the creator of the Castlevania anime series the first one is called Captain Laserhawk A Blood Dragon Remix. Which will be based on the dlc Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon as for the second we actually don't know what game the other one will be based on but Far Cry will release Oct 7th, have you guys played any of them? If you haven't guess what you NEED TO!!!!! start with 3

far cry is simple, there is always a villain really insane but also is detailed on his personality, too weapons and a big open world, so you got a protagonist that go doing mision because like she says want take dawn that villain, the first far cry was released in 2004, an the last one in 2018.

Ken and Bethany, when I saw the first trailer for the FAR CRY 6 game I wasn't too impressed, as I expected to see a villain in the game and that would have to be better than in the FAR CRY 5 and NEW DAWN games. Watching the second video I was impressed with the pet crocodile (laughs) and to finish off the pet dog, I can't deny that it's very cute. Other videos of women who responded to this second video loved seeing the puppy. I sincerely hope that the UBISOFT company doesn't ruin this game with a weak story like they did with FAR CRY 5 and FAR CRY NEW DAWN.
Feels like the story will be solid from what we saw. They got the perfect actor for a strong villain which from what we’ve been told, the villain is key to a good Far Cry game 😁🥳

FARCRY 6 is okay, so far, as I am still pushing along near the beginning but one of the main problems I have is with the controls. pt. 6 is okay but there are a few others I like better.
