I took the road less taken.. I installed ssd in my 4gb ram laptop... The performance improved tremendously...You sound correct.. But eventually you have to install ssd after increasing ram capacity as incresasing the ram alone won't make a lot of difference. People with low budget can't afford both. So I would say ssd first and if you have more money then upgrade your ram in order to get the best output. By the way your video is very informative.
am also having the same opinion. i got updated with ssd few mnths ago and its became super fast with the same 4 gb ram. so i would prefer upgrading ssd before going for ram, which will only cost u an amount between 1500 to 2200 for 240 gb ssd depending on brands.if u are a minimum user means not using too much applications , then u can go for 120 gb ssd which will cost around 1500 rupees and for storage purpose u can use the same old ssd. but i would suggest 240 gb ssd which will cost around 2000 which is a bttr option. upgrading ram not gonna make much differences if ur system is not having dual chanel slot .so i prefer upgrading ssd before ram.

@@shardabajaj8894 more like 7k if you go with known brands. I recently checked and the 256 gb SSD of some famous brand was 5k+. RAM won't cost that much as SSD if you're opting for 8gb. SSDs price + acc. to the storage capacity. same goes for ram but it's not that costly IG. BTW do make sure your ram cap mines 32gb max cap your may be less if 32bit or more if 64bit

Is the startup fast, or that is also slow? Go to task manager and check which is red CPU, RAM, Disk. whichever is Red change it.

It won't help much bro... You have to get an ssd.
More ram boost the performance and ssd boost speed. Firstly upgrade ram for cpu full performance than ssd for speed.
@@gauravtamta1057 Most people have low budget and they only want to use a laptop for simple tasks such as using MS Office, check or send emails, take online classes. That's why increasing the speed by upgrading to ssd is enough for them and their pockets.
@@animefurya2z in 4gb laptop 900mb ram is free and when we use some apps it hangs a lot and we can't use even basic apps. So in my opinion if your ram is low first upgrade your ram.

In my opinion upgrade ur ram to 12gb. I use the same processor and I've seen that the vram reaches to 100% usage just by moving the window. When u upgrade to 12 gb ur processor will allocate ur ram to vram and hence ur laptop will definitely benefit more with an ram upgrade. That said don't do this if u r using an intel

First upgrade SSD then go for RAM upgrade , they both are important BUT U first invest on SSD trust me, if u just upgrade RAM u can't see much difference in performance
