When I went to Seoul 16 years ago I loved how there are so many plant food in Korean cuisine - my digestion was so good on that holiday.
korean food is my favorite cuisine along with thai food, all this food looks so delicious
we are the same! korean is my favourite (probably because i'm korean and i'm biased LOL) and then i think thai (or maybe japanese) is probably my second fave!

Recently I discovered peanut butter mixed with Yeast Extract taste very similar to Miso. Although I have only tried it on toast, it may make an alternative to Miso soup if you got no Miso.

I just made Jjajangmyeon moments before seeing this. I cheated and used an instant version, though I added veggies and tofu. I’ll need to find the bean paste to make it myself, as the instant was quite salted.

I ❤❤❤Korean food! I've been wanting to make army stew, is there a vegan sub for Spam? Tbh, I'm not a fan of veggie dogs. So, I was thinking miso but it doesn't seem substanial enough. Also, I'm in love with Korean walnut pastries or hodo kwaja & would KILL for a tutorial. Thanks!

im half filipino and japanese and most of my childhood diet consists of filipino japanese foods but once i learned to eat korean food as an adult, it really creeps its way to me. i constantly crave it, even though i hate how SPICY they are! It's my guilty pleasure. loool
