- After the arrest, university staff cleared the lecturer's tents and the rest of the protesters were allowed to remain at the site, sources say.

The very first one in the constitution gives them this right.
College tuition is similar to buying a movie ticket. Both give you access to the property and you're allowed to choose what class/movie you want to attend. However, that admission fee does NOT give you the right to dictate where the money you gave them can be spent!
How is it not like paying your taxes and being told you don't get a say as to what tax money is spent on? 😅 this goes doubly so for state schools.
@@CryptoTonight9393 That's exactly the same! You pay your taxes and you DON'T get to demand where it's spent! If you want to change how it's spent, you vote for a representative who aligns with your desires and THEY change it by passing a bill. If you don't like this process you're welcome to look for a country that obeys your every demand and move there. But, right now there is no country that does exactly what every citizen demands! Welcome to the REAL world!

@@CryptoTonight9393 Anyone who protests the use of taxpayer money based on their emotions or their own moral beliefs is a whiner. It's obvious that they're not entitled or they would've already gotten their way. The legal way to change where taxpayer money is spent is contacting your legal representative and having them change the spending habits. Taking over buildings and stopping non-protesting students from getting an education just to get your way is bratty behavior, on par with toddlers!
These students are exercising their constitutional rights. You don't have to agree with them to support their rights as citizens. What happened to my country?
