Staff member arrested after setting up tent at pro-Palestinian protest at UT-Arlington

A source told WFAA the lecturer was arrested after trying to set up tents in front of UTA library, where a group of pro-Palestinian protesters had gathered.

I can't see how any of these protests are helping their cause. i know exactly what is going on over there and there is no way I am going to support Hamas

@@raider363 Look up the term racist next time before you use it. We all are people, including the Israelis. Hamas is the governing body for the Palestinians. Hamas is to blame for what the Palestinians are going thru, not Israel. So all these idiot protesters should be protesting Hamas, not Israel. By not doing that, they are supporting Hamas.There are videos of some of the protesters saying they are Hamas, so deal with it.

if the staff member arrested and UTA President and HR will fire the lecturer and no longer to work to any college, university and any education jobs.

For bringing a tent to a lawn? Surely this was an atrocious crime deserving of never being allowed to work again.
