    My Mind usually wanders a lot (Eg: like when I am taking bath , washing my bike, walking, eating etc..., my mind keep wanders a lot), after I started doing meditation practice, my mind becomes aware for a moment and again wanders(at least for a moment I am getting awareness for now 😀). So my Question is What should my mind be doing during non meditation time in each and every moment (Eg: like when I am taking bath , washing my bike, walking, eating etc...) ?
