Is it your job to make sure the back end of the trailer is in good order before you go, or are you just saving any hassle at the other end if something isn’t working right? Also, are there yorks on the top deck? If so, why aren’t they all just on the bottom, with any leftover up top? I would’ve thought the weight should be as low as possible?

Hi Davey, we have to check the trailer is in working order so we don't have a wasted trip if we can't complete delivery. If it fails at a store we drivers have covered our own backs by checking first. There is stuff on the top level and usually it's lighter stock and the bottom layer is full to capacity with heavier items. On this delivery there were about 10 cages on top and we, myself and the guys on the other end, agreed it could've comfortably fit just on the bottom layer. Sometimes you just wonder what the warehouse staff were thinking when loading up? But yes, you are right, get the weight down low for a more stable ride.

@@markblundell9079 I use an app called Road Lords. It's free to use and very helpful indeed. Il do a little video on it if you'd like? I always trust it to get me out of a fix
