Mandy and Lee did an excellent job on the Khao Soi Challenge (I have not had it yet). I like watching Phil Rosenthal’s food tour. The way Mandy and Lee described Khao Soi at 3 different places made me hungry. 😂 The dessert looks good as well. When we visit Thailand, we will visit the winner place (the 3rd place). Khao soi seems pretty tasty, especially the last 3rd one. Seeing it being prepared is plus.
If only we had such cheap places to eat here in Europe. Unfortunately with food safety regulations, rent & taxes, it's almost impossible for food joints to survive without increasing prices.

Fantastic guys.....I have come to the same conclusion re: Khao Soi Kun Yai (Overrated).
Can I suggest my personal favourite in Chiang Mai as a place to try.
Khao Soi Mae Manee....a local favourite, and the best for beef Khao Soi in my humble opinion....just fantastic.
I do like Khao Soi Nimman and I want to try Khao So-i (a mix between Khao Soi with a Japanese Spin).

Should avoid eating sweets, these are food for C cells. For info. Just cut fresh fruit is better like bland turnips, soursop, cucumber, apples, kiwi, not sweet fruits like ripe mangoes, cantalopue, melons, water melons.
