Hello Julie 🤗 Yes, Manila is a fascinating city... it took me a while to warm to it, but I'd love to return and explore more! We're in India at the moment, trying to dodge the monsoon rain every day but not always succeeding 🙏🤗😁

Hi Sergio 👋 I love the stories of the great explorers of that era and relish reading about them. It must have been amazing to travel those seas when the maps were blank. It's a sad story of his demise and he probably shouldn't have got caught up in the local conflict. I find it fascinating that some of the lesser known crew made it round on the full circumnavigation of the globe but are unheard of in the history books. It's a pleasure to visit these colonial buildings and use your imagination to feel how it would have been all those years ago. 🙏 Have a great weekend. 👍
