I really do love your dark backgrounds and darker videos. They make sleep so much easier! In the grand scheme of things so few asmrtists do dark backgrounds that aren't distracting and I really appreciate when you do.

I liked this session alot actually I thought it was really peaceful and calming. I struggle with anxiety so these videos calm me. I also like it when you use rocks and crystals because I feel like they open up my chakras for the week and then I feel more grounded to mother nature and the earth and spirit. Thank you

Went from hello friend to hello love haha 😄 But in all seriousness, your channel is the ultimate gateway to sleep Anna 🙏🏼💫 I hope you been able to sleep and relax especially with the new weather. I find it hard to sleep because I be worried about silly things like people not talking to me even tho I try to be kind and supportive to them. Or waiting for responses from people I like but it just doesn't flow well. My intention is to release those thoughts and for us all to transition to big blessings in the new week ahead. I’m not really bothered about AMSR in reiki? But Anna has masters the combination of reiki and AMSR and this one has got the right balance! Anna doesn’t have to do it as her gift to project her talents on healing and channeling energy healing through proxy is just a phenomenon, but now she has the ability to combine both and it’s truly amazing, like I said before, she’s a gift from the universe !
