Really Rad Weekend is one I want to get down and attend sometime. Obviously, it's a bit smaller than some of the other cons I've attended, but watching the video, the foot traffic is so much less suffocating around the booths which is a great thing. Sometimes I feel so pressured to keep moving even though I want to look at a few games and this looked like it was much more relaxed where you could browse and enjoy yourself instead of being shoved around. I love seeing how all the weird deals got made and I'm stoked to see your haul from it. I remember thinking you made out like a bandit when you sent the photos and I'm glad you were able to trade some games to make your collection closer to being complete. I love the panel topic of reliving through the 6th generation. I think that's my favorite gen. Awesome video buddy, I hope we're at another convention together soon!
I HIGHLY recommend making it out to this con one year man! Definitely smaller than the usual con, but makes it less stressful with less of a crowd. I definitely walked away with some banger items with the awesome trades made 👍. The panel was a great time, and easily one you would’ve really appreciated being a fan of the 6th gen of consoles. I really appreciate you checking out the video man!!

13:40 that Street Fighter EX is definitely one of my favorite pickups of the video hahaha - I still have the blisters from 100% that games training mode. One of my all-time faves of that gen, the PS’ remastered OST was AMAZING.

Bro, you got Cubivore Survival of the Fittest. Congrats Bro. I actually have Cubivore myself to which I got it as a gift from a huge friend of mine. Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness is on my list of Pokémon games I'm hoping to find at a reasonable price and Baten Kaitos Origins has actually really tanked in price recently and is one that I might have to pick up for my collection at some point. Not to mention, I actually just got back from Saratoga Comic Con last Sunday (November 19th) and like you said, it's not about what games you pick up, it's about the community, hearing their stories, sharing yours, meeting people, reuniting with your friends. Conventions are a wonderful experience and I'm really looking forward to going to future conventions soon. Either way, Great Episode as always GameCube Galaxy.

Your editing is superb my dude, absolute banger of a video! Really wish these video game conventions were closer to home as I'd love to check some of them out someday. Excellent freaking pickups man, the Gamecube may be expensive but man...I adore adding a GC game to collection these days. That Tomb Raider AoD box art is one of them beautiful holofoil ones that always stands out despite the games quality. Rocky on Gamecube is definitely a banger, excellent get. I just wish Rocky Legends was also released on GC. Best pickups imo are definitely Cubivore for obvious reasons but Smashing Drive on GBA, Rocky, and both Metroid games on GBA are my favs. Can't go wrong with Baten Kaitos Origins too!

Awesome video. I have to say my favorite pickup that you got was Animal Crossing for the GameCube. Earlier this year I was able to acquire a GameCube Console from a friend of mine, so been working on adding to my collection and to find my holy grail GameCube game The Legend of Zelda: Windwaker. Really Rad Weekend looks like an awesome show, definitely going to check that out this year. Also, gonna go check out Bonfire Games in Tampa. And once again, it was really cool to meet you at Free Play Florida.

Oh man.. Quest 64 brings back memories. I remember renting it all the time and totally confused because it wasn't the turn based rpgs I was used to. lol Only heavy hitter Cube title I got is a mint CIB Ribbit King right now.
Haha that was a duplicate copy I was getting rid of since I recently got a CiB copy of it. I remember enjoying it for what it was back in the day, but have been wanting to revisit it to finish it. I'm glad that the gamecube and dreamcast are finally getting love by the retro community they're so underrated and should have gotten more credit back then.

I think both were highly rated overall even back then but lacking a DVD player and not using DVDs for their games to protect from piracy, kept their production costs high and hurt casual sales.

Thank you! So Counter Force is an on-rails arcade-style mech game. They did a remaster of it on Switch and Steam called “ExZeus The Complete Collection”. It seems like a fun game from what I’ve seen! Thanks again for checking out the video!

Thanks man! The time I put into Gotcha Force so far didn’t have me “loving it” per se, but I am really glad to have it in the collection as I got for a complete set. I have heard many tell me they loved the game and to give it a thorough playthrough, so I do plan on doing so and reviewing it on the channel at some point (to see if I end up enjoying the more I play it).
