Maybe I just got super lucky and am the exception to the rule, but I had sex with my now-husband within a few hours of meeting him and we have a great relationship. I am pregnant with our child. We were really old when we met though (me 38, him 47) and we had a super strong connection as soon as we met - super similar backgrounds (it so happened we went to the same junior high school and high school, grew up within a mile of each other, went to similar colleges, like the same foods, have the same interests values and beliefs etc.) plus I am very much his physical type - I showed him a picture of me in my early 20s and he said he would give me a 9.5/10 - I know no other man in the world has ever thought I ever was a 9.5 LOL so yeah maybe I just got lucky I don't know.
Yeah, you just got lucky. Also, you didn’t fuck love into him or the intent to love a woman. He was looking for someone to love. You are the exception, you not the rule. I’m super glad it worked out for you. All I want is for everyone to have healthy love. You have it. Sexual recklessness hurts more women and children than it helps though.
