Recently separated from a very bad relationship 16 years. I call my grandma 85 every single day for advice. Get with the old people. They have been through the heartbreak and life.
I think Sara’s message overall is positive, but my only problem is she’s not very honest.
Ive seen it before didn't realize what it is until I started watching video with Sara. I think it's a coping and defensive mechanism for girls who grow up without a father, they grow up appearing tough but are super fragile inside, i think brad has a bit of that too.
I saw it as a kid with one of my cousins best friend who was a female, I never understood why she would act the toughest out of all of our friends until now, it finally makes a lot of sense.
A commonality that i tend to notice is they appear to be strong and composed to others but are actually really fragile humans.
I really hope she finds peace with the idea that it's okay to not be the tough, happy, composed person all the time. I think the only person who could help her with that is actually someone who went through the same struggle which is probably Brad, now that I think about it it's probably the reason she is so down to earth with Brad, I used to think it's cause shes trying to be loyal, that might be part of it, but it's probably that she can relate to him in a deeper level than just " he made me and i want to be appreciative, loyal". Enough of my rant LMAO, hope her the best, she seems like someone with good intentions, and a decent soul but damaged by lack of father figure.

One thing Sara still has to learn is that people never respect you more than you respect yourself. If you think that all you're worth is the bare minimum, that's all you're gonna get. Having certain standards signals to others that you value yourself and they will treat you accordingly.

Honestly I haven't off loaded with anyone at Better Help, but I do have a pro that I drop my dirt on every week. For those that don't understand fighting, Leon switched his stance which totally threw colby off. Knows he's a sniper & him switching brings opportunities to get hit that he didn't train for. The openings he would have looked for weren't there so he took a long time to adjust.
Rather than get slept, he was way more cautious cuz he knows everyone & their mama would love to see him out cold on the ground & a meme for ppl to make fun of. Sara’s question about a friendship being rekindled after being done dirty is proven to be possible by my own experience. Brad was right tho it does take some time it doesn’t just happen over night. Me and my best friend took a year or 2 away from each other and grew back into friendship and another instance happened again and prolly took another break and that was probably like 6 months to a year. Now we are the best we have ever been and there’s always room to grow but we’re really locked in

It's common sense, guys. Too much of anything is bad for us. We even see this in nature, in the cosmos.
