The trouble with footballers who want to improve these kinda things is that we're usually so meticulous in our trying to improve that even just the change in pitch type is a major encumberance. People (such as myself) who are too used to cutting the ball out with the outside of their dominant foot on a certain kind of pitch, will suddenly find themselves tripping over the ball on a grass pitch or even just a different artificial pitch if they were used to artificial etc. A video on how to best avoid stupid mistakes when you're on new terrain would be interesting, I've never seen that before!
Give yourselves some credit, guys. Professional footballers have the luxury of always getting to train and play on highly well-maintained and consistent fields. Us mortals have to work with what we've got.

If your just a beginner I just wanna tell you if you don’t take it slow your going to get frustrated and mad and your going to want to quit so I recommend going walking speed then go faster as your muscle memory progresses if not it’s going to be difficult at least that’s how it was and is for me

Definitely agree. I get gassed so easily when training or in games. If I could last longer during drills I'd have improved significantly by now
just try to do this excercise after your training sessions ok?
Run 40m on 100% of your sprint speed, than do a recovery run (so about 60/70% of your sprint speed) back to the start and repeat this 10x. I bet if you do these after all your (individual) training sessions you will improve your stamina.
The problem is that you probably think that jogging 5km will improve your stamina, but that will not improve your stamina, because football is different to jogging.
In jogging you run on 1 speed (for example the whole time 12km/h), but in football you have different intervals: you are sprinting, jogging, walking etc.
