Got the keyring! YES
Seriously? That was very quick. Was you in the area? Same security guy on duty?
@@DJAUDITS Yes mate! I live ten mins away so parked in the industral estate at 3:50! Had to park in the entrance as temp traffic lights and one way. Nobody came out though! 👍 nice one!
@@BrosnanEvans Nice one. That is exactly what I would have done myself to get one. Thanks for letting us know it’s found. I’ve pinned the comment to let everyone know 💚💚💚
Be careful you might get shot looking for the key ring by security 😮
@BrosnanEvans CONGRATULATIONS! If I lived in the UK, I would have found one by now! Great one! I watch from North Carolina USA!
NOT ALLOWED........NOT ALLOWED..........time they were educated properly.
The initial security guy was a bit misinformed but was really decent and I like how he handled it.
It's good to see we are importing highly skilled security personnel from developing countries.
All part of the plan. Paid grunts who will do menial labor for peanuts and gradually replace the native populace.
wonders what the ethnic diversity % is in security these days .
Yes…it’s not just doctors and surgeons you know lol
Pay peanuts…
You do know even your hero Enoch Powell encouraged immigration in the 60s don't you?
You need to go one day to the place that makes all those Warning signs & ask them where is the "Public photography IS allowed" sign 😀
The quality of security now a days gives me hope for our future 😂😂😂😂😂 we're fooked 😊
They're all coming off banana boats. What do you expect?
France..dingy…Britain…hotel..job in security…that’s how the system works
This country is going down the shitter and the only thing that can stop the huge rot is if somehow Jeremy Clarkson becomes prime minister with Piers Morgan been is second in charge which obviously wont happen
@@camrs125 Wrong, of course. But don't let that stop you saying it.
😂😂😂
People like confrontation in these types of videos, but I like it just as much when people are friendly and respectful.
That's kind of the point
When they say you’re not allowed to take photos of their building, you should get a sketch pad out and start drawing it, and ask if that’s ok 😂
England hires any security guard that breathes and walks no brain required.😊 We do the same in America 😮
No...in the UK, we only issue visas to skilled workers. There is no way that the government want to keep wages low - to control inflation and give the illusion of GDP growth. That is just a dangerous conspiracy theory.
Come on, man, it is same in any developed countries in the name of cutting costs and grow dislike from natives towards new comers as recommended by the W(orld) E(conomic) F(uckery)...
Maybe thats what they are after. I was turned down on my application for a security guard and I am an european citizen who has worked in customer service and in the oil industry as well. Make it make sense 😂
That's exactly what they want...idjut minds they can mold
They hire Presidents with the same recruitment criteria.
these 2 guys were both decent people, the security guy was DOING HIS JOB, firm but fair, perfectly understandable , the murphy`s man was a gent.
He was uneducated in the law, he does not know his job and does not stay within the limits of his jurisdiction, what right does he have to interrogate the public .
@@A2Z1Two3 since when is "asking" classified as "interrogation " ? i didn`t see any interrogation techniques being used, water boarding, thumbscrews, light deprivation etc ????
Security was a total gentleman. Passed on the information and everything was reconciled.
Really....he looked uneducated when it came to the law to me as in he didn't know what he was talking about
@@robl1613 opinions are like arseholes, everybody's got one 🤭
Manager was great 👍 respect mate 👍
I've met that Murphy's guy who arrived in the van & he is one lovely, genuine, salt-of-the-earth kind of guy! Think he gave me some merchandise at a 'Lady Somerset Road Day' some years ago or I used to see him in Highgate Road Post Office (or even in one of the pubs, not sure but I have net him) - top bloke!
I Love your cynical replies DJ, the way you play along with them, knowing full well that they can’t stop you, as your not doing anything illegal!!
Security guy only in the country 5 min and his all ready running the joint probably your next "PRIME MINISTER".😁
Security issues are not the concern of a member of the public. And as far as the law is concerned protesting is perfectly legal and lawful.
Taking photographs from a public place is perfectly legal.
Great job to Murphy Ground Engineering and building practical but nicer than the prior unit. Great seeing the housing development in progress instead of the google earthwork. Traffic roundabout new for late 2023. ⭐⭐⭐👍
Murphy Ground Engineering constructed 2018. Previous business was Skanska with concrete walls and silos, building went to edge of the hardstand & width of property, and demolished between 2010-12. Skanska a Swedish based construction firm with UK hq office just south in Watford.
In the 1800s al the industrial estate and eastwards was farmland with east side of the M1 Gorhambury Estate grounds (3 km southeast). Three Cherry Trees Lane is named for Three Cherrytrees Farm (farmhouse across street from Murphy Ground car park) and Boundary Road was a footpath as noted on the 1800-1964 maps. Across from Sopra Steria was a small woodlot with pond which is Pratt's Dell. Most of the industrial estate is WW2 or after along Mayland Ave (Royal Mail video) and the east and north post 70s development of farmland.
The security guard needs to be retrained and his SIA card revoked until he understands basic laws surrounding photography and how to properly interact with members of the public.
And English
There was not question from DJ asking if he was SIA licenced security guard, i believe if your employed directly by the company you don't need a SIA license
Maybe they should then get paid more too 🧐
@@MadhouseGaming indeed. He could be employed directly by the company, which would mean the company needs to retrain him.
Either way the company could be liable for any unfortunate future incidents involving this security guard.
If that happened every security guard would be taken off duty, its about time security guards were trained before they are put on duty.
I liked the Murphy man he has got the two essentials needed
Knowledge and a sense of of humour respect
Can't come into someone's country and start telling them the laws that are lies
They do it because non nationals are easier to brainwash. They get a SIA badge and a high vis and they are trained to think they are a god
Amazing video DJ all the best for 2024
Thanks. Same to you 💚
My office is right next door to their Kentish Town site. I hadn't realised how big it was until I just looked at the map. Would be a good one to visit.
You tell me I’m here to take a picture. He needs to learn the nitty gritty of his request. Why you take a picture for 😮
DJ, you were very courteous and patient with the security man. Credit to you for reassuring him and the "manager".
As AB and Veitch would say...
"Nnnnnnnnot allowed !!"
3:43 good to see he's taking his job seriously 😂
He sounds hyper intelligent.
Why would the people who eventually live in that estate be thieves 😂
Nice to see another local working security! 😂

I agree never enough time 😂😂
How many miles would you travel to get one ? I’d travel about 12km .if i saw it quick enough..

Thanks for sharing.
When I hear an accent that thick, I just keep saying “Speak English “. Drives them wild and gives me much pleasure.
The Manager seemed to be a sound guy, well done sir ;-)
I used to do the kids parties and Christmas parties for the Murphy family the CEO of the company
Yet again Google earth if you were of the wrong intent you can see all you want to see via Google.. end of story.. Africa running security in the UK, nothing to worry about. 😂
Are all the English security guards working from home these days?
Do they even exist anymore ?!? 😂

No, they're all in Africa. Job sharing.

The security guard can't be in the UK on a skilled worker visa?
So, my guess is that he is fleeing Nigeria because over 50,000 Christians have been killed in Nigeria since the outbreak of the Boko Haram Islamists.
@@G-Bob4 Wouldn't we be wiser to see the writing on the wall and send the Muslims back?
Does the SIA accreditation course not cover the basics of UK law?
I’m confused with all these audits that you’re doing across the videos you’ve uploaded, DJAudits what is the audit measuring and helping the business improving against? I can’t see any marking criteria.
Exactly. Nothing. Just more bs.
It's a pretence on that part... Reality is these videos are mostly watched to see any weaknesses antagonist condescending or positive vibes of conversations between him and security etc .. many will literally fast forward the boring bits just to see how good or bad the chat is. Then there will be a minority like train spotters as an example who like the rest of videos. This is a good way and business sense to cater for 2 types of fans allowing more views and money earned.
That explains a lot, all the thumbnails and titles are pushing for that confrontation click worthiness.
I had tried to ask DJ Audits on another video which he posted yesterday about the same thing but considering how a majority of others have commented about the confrontations in the video and no response from DJ Audits himself I’d expect this is the main reason for these videos.
There is no audit being conducted, just him pointing a camera directly at people, putting a drone up in the air until he gets the attention of someone on site so he can film a confrontation.
Some may argue this isn’t true, but it is the point of the video, hence why the video starts with a snippet of the argument, and a quote from the altercation as the video title, not an audit.
It’s a shame really, it could really help businesses by actually doing an audit to constructively improve it, instead of highlighting and embarrassing the business he is bringing to focus.
@@OhHelloCZcams I agree... When I say condescending.. it's half the time by DJ audits mostly.. when he says gonna take up Dave drone up "from above" in that loud weird voice I get second hand embarrassment and shudder .. think his accent makes it feel creeped out😊
" ima comin to take a pictures ! you understand ? "
Looks like Murphy brought their own Irish security with them from Ireland.
DJ Audits, Let’s take a moment to say, “Thank you for entertaining me/us in 2023 and I look forward to seeing more of your great videos in 2024. "HAPPY NEW YEAR” Keep up the good work ⛪🏢🏬🏭🏯🏰💒🚔🚓🍻🥂

Yeah, it’s good to have a “defibulator”. They stop people telling lies, you know. On the other hand, if you have a heart problem, it’s best to use a defibrillator.
It cracks me up when you mention the drone they say yeah year but mean no no….
I am beginning to think the security industry are recruiting from certain hotels.
Nice one
At least if your coming to the UK to work you should learn the law of the land. But it is should also be the employers duty to ensure their staff know the right of the public.
*you're.
Lovely uncle
They both represented their company well. They knew you weren't breaking the law. They didn't make themselves look like goofs or put their company in a bad light.
A little bit soft on them today I thought, should have told them video is allowed from outside whoever you are and whatever the circumstances and the law allows it whether they are worried about security or protestors or not.
I’m a big softy 🤣🤣
@@DJAUDITS you are good at this stuff must have been in a good mood with them ha 😁 love your work.

happy new year Everyone, if DJ comes nottingham i get my keyring first ! ive got an electric bike lol
I wonder if the foreign guy understands now? I didn't see any indication of acknowledging that he had his facts wrong or the manager providing the facts about recording from a public place.
😂😂😂 when you dont go to security first they tell you you should inform them your filming...when you do go and tell them they accuse you of trying to get a negetive reaction from them....im confused....what do they want?
Good boss there, (Mr Murphy?)
Some people have no clue 😂😂
Hi DJ, What do you use for editing your footage please?
The David music is addictive lol I hum it hahahaha
2:18 lol when they come up on you like that, I reckon you should say , “please show me your *civilian interaction warrant card* , that authorises you to speak to me in public on the street . . . . . You haven’t got one? Oh well, I’m very sorry you can’t speak with me, you’ll have to go back inside I’m afraid.”
I thought we had reduced the influx of immigrants into the UK, but virtually every video I see based in the UK has foreign workers, with all the people unemployed in this country why are so many being employeed, is it because these workers accept lower pay and worse working conditions.
Not being racist or prejudice in anyway genuine question
You have to wonder if the locals are willing to accept these "lower paid jobs".
I'm an immigrant in this country myself, moved here in 2004, and have never been unemployed in this country for longer than a month or 2, and that was only once or twice in 20 years.
It's hard not to generalise when on this topic, but the difficult reality to accept here is that the majority of the unemployed people you're referring to (British or not) prefer to sit on their arse on some type of benefit, rather than doing an honest day's work for lower pay, and that's where "foreigners" come in and "take all our jobs"...
@@DcR0fT that is understandable, it just made me wonder, as in my local area a job ( more so a job like this ) would get thousands of applicants willing to be security, I've done security work myself, rather enjoyed it, interacting with the public, meeting new people, all while getting paid, not done it for a good few years though, I also used to do door work a nightclubs in my youth, that was a different kettle of fish, having drunk guys wanting to fight because they thought they where hard men.
We do need workers in this country that are willing to take on jobs the 'locals' dont want etc, I think it is a good thing.
murphy have been around a long time i am not sure but i think it was the Irish that came over to build the motorways that started the firm i could be wrong
Wow, the rare, rational people you ran into!

Hi
I know Murphys North London Builders been around for years
Where that guy is from it probably is illegal so he rang the boss to confirm they seem like decent guys just the guard didn't know whether it was allowed or not.
Even if Murphy had been visited by HS2 protesters that doesn't give them any grounds to infringe on other people's rights. It doesn't even matter if HS2 protesters come to the site again and start filming. Murphy cannot do anything at all. Other than make sure they don't disrupt the business. Which means proper security, not incompetent security like this guy.
That’s not John Wick, that’s African Rambo…

I’m a great believer in equal opportunities but selection of candidates for jobs must be based on the suitability of the applicants. I would question why many security posts are filled by people who appear to have limited skills and experience. Maybe I’m wrong but that’s initial impression watching you video.
I suspect that you do know what is going on here. You just don't care to address it....
The chap was employed because he is happy to work long hours for minimum wage. The contractor who employs him probably houses him with several others and deducts at source rent, and electricity from his (low) wages. He lives frugally and sends a large proportion of his disposable income back to his family in Nigeria. There are several reasons why this is super bad for the UKeconomy.
World Bank Bilateral Remittances Matrix has continuously placed the UK as the fourth largest remittance sender in the world.
£2.9b sent to Nigeria from UK in 2020.
This is nearly 1% of Nigeria's GDP.
15% of remittances to Nigeria come fromthe UK.
@@jimjarvis2309 I think you have addressed my concerns perfectly. People are not generally being appointed to these types of job on merit but because of the many reasons you have given. It results in a poorly equipped workforce and is, as you say, bad for the UK Economy.
@@silentwitness247 Hi. Yes. But the OBR and gov have convinced themselves that immigration makes for GDP growth.
